I would never recommend this location to anyone. Not only is it unsafe, but the owner is never there, the building looks abandoned and deserted. The vans are old, worn down and dirty. Utility trollers are not always inside the trucks even though you reserve them. But besides ALL of this, the accounting and invoice is incorrect. They overcharge you, so double your contract, and be prepared to call them multiple times and email them and keep checking your accounts for the refund. Even after you do that, be prepared for unexpected charges to appear on your account e.g., toll violations on dates you didn't even have the truck! This is beyond ridiculous. I have had bad experiences with this location multiple times now.Sumaya F.

Operator is hardly ever there and always late. While on the phone with him when I went to pick up the van, he told me to search through other UHAUL trucks to find a dolly and even then it wasn't the right one. After I dropped off the vehicle on time and put the keys in the proper drop box, he repeatedly calls me up the next NIGHT at 11:30PM asking me where the keys were. Very unprofessional and the establishment is very run down. I would think it warrants a site visit. Seriously.Kris H.
Get someone to answer the office phone so that they can address the issues of customers. The only way I got to communicate on this booking is via text. I was charged for full fuel tank whereas when I picked up the truck it was one-fourth only. I've shared the pics and submitted concern on the portal while returning the truck but no communication or follow ups from UHAUL, at all.ABRAR PASHA S.
I returned my vehicle within 24 hours and was charged for two daysâ€¦ that's NEVER a good experience â€¦ my receipt shows that they put in the incorrect return time (I used a drop box) but I texted and let them know the time of return .
