This was the worst truck re tal experience ever. 1) no one was on site for my appointment. 2) the truck had not been “checked in” from the last rental and I had to wait for that. 3) the man told me to sign the papers without doing a walk around the truck or confirming the mileage- which he entered I correctly 4) I was incorrectly told to not to bring it to that location. For drop off and that they were going to “stop doing uhaul because hey decided it wasn’t for them”. 5) the manager agreed that he had entered the mileage wrong and said to mention it in my check out and that I would not be charged. I WAS CHARGED! 6) I mentioned this in my check out process many times, requesting to be contacted and requesting a refund. I was not contacted and instead of being refunded I was charged for mileage I did not use. I am quite furious. I will be escalating this complaint if not contacted and refunded today.
