Increase available inventory of vehicles in MidSouth region. We had to travel an extra 75 minutes past our original intended pick-up location to get a 15' truck. There were many closer rental locations, but none with an available 15' or 17' vehicle.

After I made my reservation for a 20 footer for pickup in Dyersburg,tn. I was called the day before moving and told we couldnt get the truck at that location. Other location weree far away. I had 5 people to help me move on that special day. I didnt appreciate the last minute call like that. I called the regional office and they got me a smaller truck in Ripley,tn. We picked up the truck but I felt sorry for another couple that were suppose to pick up the same truck. We couldnt get everything on it. We needed the 20 footer instead. Now I have to get another trailor to go back to get the rest which will be about 250 miles. I donr recommend UHaul to anyone. I will not use the company in the future. No one knows what the other is doing. Wont use you again!

I was given a truck rental that I had to immediately take back to have the driver side front tire aired up because it was 30 points low in pressure...the truck shimmied and shook so bad that it was hard to keep on the road unable to drive the speed limit..the truck was dirty inside seats n spills on dash and surrounding area, the back storage trailer was dirty with loose dirt and cement pieces of which I had to sweep out before loading...the windshield was very dirty making it hard visibly to see clearly still after trying to clean it at the gas station. While half way to our destination I had a blowout on the front passenger tire, of which I had to wait 1-1/2 hours for a tire service to arrive...making my arrival time two hours past. Walt at Carlton motors in Ripley failed to overlook the rest of the tires when I immediately took it back for the shaking/ low tire pressure. I was also called and asked by Walt if I could come early to pick up the rental from my original ETA. I obliged him. My experience was very unsatisfactory bc SAFETY for myself and my moving crew was at HIGH RISK. Very poor service in servicing the vehicle and being handed off to this consumer. I'm glad I had enough concern and common sense to know myself that the vehicle was not up to SAFE driving standards. I would not recommend this pickup center to anyone. I believe for myself this experience was very unsatisfactory and dangerous that I should not be charged the full price of the rental.

This was a Saturday drop off. Although the location was closed by the time I got unloaded I was provided a phone number to contact Uhaul when I left the equipment at the location in Ripley TN. This was very helpful and I was at peace knowing Uhaul was informed for the drop off of the trailer.

The location was horrendous. The truck was absolutely filthy inside. The staff at the site had little to no knowledge of their equipment. I had to complete a rental contract over the phone. That representative had the same knowledge level and service skills. Would NOT recommend and while the truck satisfied what I needed - I did NOT enjoy the experience.

The staff at this location were friendly and gave prompt service. I didn't have a problem with the location, but the facility is old and needs updating. The equipment and pads were clean, but the bed of the truck was not clean.

The accident/breakdown people for uhaul were very sweet. But the whole ordeal was a complete catastrophe. brokedown on the side of the road in the dark for 5 hours. Overcharged. Information put in correctly. having to oversee the gentleman putting in my info, because he kept miskeying things and i didn't want my credit card to be flagged. The entire overall experience was absolutely horrible. I not only will not recommend them to someone, that place specifically, and uhaul in general, but I will not be using their services again either. I will be sending a letter and a list of charges on my account, and charges for hotel rooms, etc that were caused by this fiasco. The employee, owner or whoever he was, was rude to my husband. I didn't like that at all. When I picked up the Uhaul my husband was not with me. When I returned it my husband was with me. So we was going over the price. And he asked my husband what did he have to do with this. My husband responded and said I have everything to do with this. I'm her husband. I think that was very rude and unprofessional. I would not return there again. Improve customer courtesy.

They need to tell pickup customers that they are only allowed certain mileage for truck, extra charges for extra miles, regardless of the 24 hour rental timeframe. I was never told. PS: I rented the truck for Dyersburg pickup but I had to pick up in Ripley which is 20 miles from Dyersburg and Uhaul still charged me for the extra 23 miles. Dyersburg pickup would have prevented me the unnecessary mileages BUT Dyersburg rental agency never told me about the limited mileage neither.

I have never had a more horrible experience. Person helping me made it clear he wanted to go home. He didnt know how to operate the computer, he was openly frustrated, hitting the desk, complaining and very negative. will never use uhual again

did a night drop off went back the next day, and the truck was already gone. you guys do a great job checking your vehicles. what can you do to improve??? give me the remaining 430 or you should go out of business for public safety
