For some reason, the computer wouldn't allow the return of the truck. When I called the manager the next day she said it would be taken care of and that I would receive my receipt in email today. This still has not happened.

We are quite upset, we rented the truck and everything was going OK, until we went to return it. We called this location before we headed that direction, and they told us that they were unable to accept the truck, because their manager was not in, and they would have to call her in. They sent us to another U-Haul location where we waited 20 minutes, and then were told it would be double the cost to drop it off at this location. By the time we drove it back to our original pick up location, we had gone an additional 6 to 10 miles just trying to return the truck. They were super unhelpful, and didn’t even contact us before charging our card. We are quite upset that we have to pay for the 6 miles that could’ve been avoided if we had been directed in the right way to begin. We will not be renting from this location in the future, and to be honest are having a hard time deciding whether to rent another uhaul in a few weeks for our next move.

I went to this address on the confirm email i received, waited in line for 30 minutes and then was told i had to pick up at this location. Needless to say i am very unhappy with my experience.

I called days ahead to reserve the truck. I was told a time I could come and pick it up. When I arrived there was a note there about me coming but the truck was "not reserved in the system". They wanted me to go down the street. I talked and talked and finally they decided they would rent out the truck if I promised to have it back the next day. They said, "just have it back before 3 as we someone to come and pick it up then". I said no problem. I picked up the truck at 4 p.m. and brought it back before 3 the following day. I noticed I was charged for an extra day so I asked for them to take it off the invoice. I was told that she couldn't do that and that I needed to talk to Patric. I asked that he call me and I have called twice since with no response from King Patric. I know I owe for the one day and will gladly pay for the day but I am not paying for two days when I only had it one. If I dispute it with CC company then I have to dispute the whole thing. I want to be fair but not overcharged! Be careful

When checking out from this rental location the individual(s) didn't seemed well informed on the rental system. I was told by the individual during the rental agreement processing that the fuel gage was reading just below a quarter of a tank and that the tank of the truck needed to be returned at this same level. I was never shown an actual page of the agreement showing me that the fuel was at 1/4 of tank which was not an honest declaration. I put 4 gallons of fuel at this location as well and drove only (23) miles during the rental period. Upon returning the rental I was told that I owe ~ $23.00 dollars for a fuel charge because the truck was returned with a 1/8 of a tank registering. I'm very disappointed and to make things worse I was told in order to get reimbursed I would have to go to the main U-Haul hub in Ogden. I did this and was treated unprofessionally and was told that this location could do this reimbursement! In my opinion I've done a fair amount of business with U-Haul historically over the years but now feel slighted and have a very bad taste in my mouth. If U-Haul doesn't feel any obligation to satisfy this customer then unfortunately I will look to do my moving business with U-Haul's competition going forward!

The staff didnt seem to quite know how to do the uhaul rental. I rented a utility dolly and on the equipment it said $7.99 however I was charged $10.00 for it. The location was kinda far from my house there are 3 closer ones to where I live. Quite concerning that they would pick a pick up location farther from my house when many locations are closer. That's a good way to use up the 42 free miles.

The windshield was filthy! No windshield fluid and the cab was covered in long black animal fur. It was EVERYWHERE. The two guys at the location had no idea what they were doing and since it was the only truck that size available and we had to leave town that day, we had no choice but to use it.
