The owner of the rental place in Rocky Mount told my elderly father-in-law that the trailer could be turned in where I live in Roanoke Rapids, around 45 miles away for the price he paid. The guy either didn’t know what he was talking about or lied. I tried to turn in the trailer in Roanoke Rapids and was told my father-in-law’s credit card would be charged an additional $326 if I did. They weren’t even supposed to have to use his credit card because when I called the 1-800 number to find and secure the trailer I told them to use my credit card AND bill it so that my in-laws did not have to pay, that never happened. Because the customer service people could not figure out what to do today before they went “home at 5:00pm” I had to make an unplanned trip to return the trailer to Rocky Mount, an over 90 mike round trip wasting over 2 hours. When I turned in the trailer the guy there who was the one who didn’t tell my in-law’s the correct information just told me to park and leave, nothing to sign, didn’t check trailer or anything, I took a picture on my phone for proof that I even dropped it off. This has been a frustrating and wasteful situation and as far as I’m concerned it’s not even over since customer service never got back to me before they went home today.

It took over an hour and a half to get checked out with the proper equipment. There were not enough furniture pads for what was ordered and when attempting to call customer service, I was on hold for 20 minutes with nobody picking up.

This location was closed on Saturday afternoon, I do understand they had a snowstorm on Thursday, The roads were fine on Saturday, So I had to do a drop key. I really would have liked to have spoken to someone.

They lied about having as much gas in the truck than what i was ask to put in. I picked it up on 3quarters and was told to put 3quarters of a tank back in...then when i turned it in the man told me i had to fill it up

The drop off location you sent me to was significantly farther from my destination than I would have liked. I passed at least 3 other locations on my way to drop it off the equipment. The closest being about 2 miles from my my final destination. this one was about 10.

The owner of the store cheated me and was very rude. After 15 miles of usage the owner charged me for 95 miles. Also tried to charge me for a none full tank after i filled the tank. The owner would not give me a real receipt and would not go over the contact with me after I disputed the fales charges. The owner of this location is very rude. Do not rent from this location

It's a small rental place. We wanted the largest truck, but only smaller ones were available. We used the next largest truck and made two trips. All in less than 4 hours -- not counting the time we kept the truck overnight. He doesn't open before 10 am.

The store owner helped to explain the process to rent and return the vehicle. He assured me that I could drop it off at a local U-haul rental site in Wilmington other than the drop location assigned to me. That was a very helpful tip.
