Operator didn't know how much gas was in the truck, didn't know if it was clean. I prepaid and on the pickup date there was a mysterious charge of $46 extra that I had to pay before I could have the truck. Funny, it was the same amount he wanted to charge me the day before to pick it up early. Didn't want it early but still got charged. We'll see if I get that money back or if I use a different company when I complete my move in 3 weeks. Do you want my business again or not ? Refund my $46

The person handleing the buisnesses for uhaul is completely incompetent. He charged the wrong card for the service after I told him that I was paying with a different card. He then tells me that he cannot fix it because he doesnt own uhaul...I will never use this service or cite again.

Is the second time I use the service from the same location and both times the system was not working. I had to wait more than 30min to get the vehicle I reserved in advance.
Owner was late. Posted hours are 8a-8p. He showed up at 10, because â€œbusiness isn't much in the mornings so I come between 930 and 1000.â€

He wanted me to go take a picture of the miles and gas gauge. That was not professional. I put 20 extra gas accidentally and he said he would be put back on my card and I do not see it. I use uhaul often. Thank you Cherie Robertson
Everything was smooth, attendant was helpful.
I was so dissatisfied with the service received, I was first of all in pain from knee surgery and the location had me return to the truck and move it which i felt like they could have done, then i doubled check the gas hand which was on 7/8 of a tank, if the truck needed gas, seeing that the drop off location is a gas station, i would have put gas in it. They then charged my ceedit card 67.00 for gas. As mention i am very dissatisfied.
Store manager was rude. He couldn't explain the process of renting a Uhaul truck very well. There was an extra charge to my card 6 days after I had paid my rental fee.

I had to choose this location after reserving a truck at a different one that wasn't even open. When I arrived at the new locations the rep didn't even know the precoces. I showed her that I had also requested a dolly and paid for one. She didn't know where they were at. I personally had to check every truck to see if there was one available. No none available at all. This made my mine that much more difficult

It took over 40 minutes to pick up a trailer (not including the wait to be helped). Associate was nice but service was slow.
Person checking me out had no knowledge of what to do. He failed to provide me with a contract. He failed to tell me how much he was going to charge. He didn't have a working credit card reader so didn't process the charge while I was there but some 12 hours later. He truck did not have a full gas tank so I ended up putting 15 gallons in that I didn't need. He gave me the truck without any paper work to show I was legally driving it.
There is no room to maneuver and park a trailer.
The location was a joke, the gas did not match what was on the contract. Never got contract, had to call uhaul customer service. That location was absolutely horrible over all experience. I am glad I will never have to go to that store ever again.
Replace this shifty dealer with one who actually shows up on time to give out keys for reserved vehicles. And doesn't threaten to mark vehicle damaged if it isn't powerwashed on return (see multiple calls to Uhaul about this). Note also that Uhaul Corporate was "unable" to find another dealer to turn truck into, without $60 fees. All this made this move stressful: insult to injury after Hurricane Harvey flooded our former house. Will not use Uhaul ever again unless corporate apologies tendered for horrible service in our time of need.
Was handed the rental agreement for an auto transport and told "it's over there." I'm a 100% disabled vet and had to figure out how to move this thing where I could hook it up myself with it help. They are very heavy! No safety check or walk around by the attendant. The rear chain was useless. (No hook)

The owner had a attitude and we were treated like 2nd class citizens. We couldn't get a receipt for the transaction and on top of that we were over charged....i hope we can get this resolved as soon as possible
was made to wait over 30 min even though I had ordered on line every customer that came in to the station the attendant would tell me to move over while he waited on them. renting from this location is a joke. I reserved over 2 weeks in advance and requested a location close to my home in Rosenberg but 2 days before time to pick up was directed to 26026 southwest freeway will not go to that location again
Please contact me. I did not use the truck or dolly 2 days. Only 1. I had to wait while he waited on customers and leaving time is wrong. I want to be reimbursed for 1 day of each. I am very upset. Thank you.
