I have reported incorrect mileage to representative in the store. He said he will correct this. But he did not. 6 miles were additional in the truck compared to contract paper.

My experience at Uhaul Ezmissions was outstanding due to David. He was not only attentive to my needs but also provided me with excellent guidance for my out of state trip. You can improve by having the vehicle that was reserved. This location did not have the van I reserved so I had to get a big truck that I am not comfortable driving. After I was informed about the vehicle not being available I could not pay with any of my cards which I had no idea about since I had just used that card to pay before about 6 months ago. I had to leave and get $100 cash then come back. It was all just a disaster because its already frustrating trying to move and then when you try to pick up your vehicle all that extra hassle is just added stress.
From the information I received from Uhaul it was recommended to complete the equipment checkout online. Upon arriving at the location, I proceeded to complete the online forms and then received my confirmation which stated to enter the location and "skip the line". Upon entering the rental location, there was one employee, a lady at the counter being served, a couple behind her, and then me. I proceeded to get in line behind the couple at which point the woman working the desk looked up and asked if I was "Last name." When I confirmed, she scolded me like a child for not just entering the store to complete the paperwork. I tried to explain that I was following the instructions sent by Uhaul and she again told me I should have come in but now I would need to wait because there was a line. This frustrated me and I pointed out the paperwork I filled out said "skip the line" in capital letters but she told me I was wrong and needed to wait. The whole experience was bizarre because I had never gone straight to the counter, but rather got in line behind the couple. I had no intention of "cutting in line" but I feel the employee called me out for absolutely no reason and it felt as though she was trying to pick a fight. Truly horrible experience on a day when I was already stressed about moving.

Rental was moved to a location cation that was 3 miles farther away and very cumbersome to access. The office was closed when I arrived at 510 pm. I was not informed of this change when you had my cell phone to call me. I really will think twice when I need my next rental vehicle.
Employe bad attitude
We had a reservation for 8:30am for a 26' truck. When we arrived at 9:00am there was no truck, not even a 20' truck for us. We booked laborers THROUGH Uhaul and had to tell them to wait until we found a truck. One person had already gotten on public transportation and came across town because it was so close to the time we were supposed to move. I felt horrible. It took the lady 45 minutes to locate another truck 15 miles away (we were happy for that) but the truck was so shotty that my husband literally thought at certain points he was not going to survive - the truck braking was not responsive, the truck itself was shaky, and going up and down a mountain was the icing on the cake where he thought he wasn't going to make it. He really will never drive a U-Haul again because of that experience, so overall I would say it was a bad experience and we would NOT recommend to family and friends.

Great people, however, the truck was filthy, cigarette ashes in tray, and looks like many people put them out on the console smh, smelled like animal. The steering wheel was very loose, and worst...the charger for a phone ,did not work. ( even thou i had my cord). I was alone and feared my phone would run out w no where to charge. The truck has oner 128k miles. In very bad shape.. Aesthetically. It ran ok, just not alot of quick acceleration on the highway.
Worst service and major problem attaching the hitch. The hitch fell off putting myself and the cars around me in danger. Also damaged my bumper. Very poor experience that could have been catastrophic.
Extremely busy time for me. I made the reservation in person at your location at (2840) Holcomb Bridge Store, I was not aware you had another store on that road. While waiting in line at 2840 I receive a call, "where are You?" from the 3125 location??? I said , " I made the reservation at 2840. When my time up, was told I had to go to 3125. I lost 30-40 minutes, drove the truck and extra 6 miles( no big deal) BUT my 4 workers standing around for those 30-40 minutes @ $20.00 per hour cost me! Later I did see that an email was sent to me on Tuesday ???? it mentioned Holcomb Bridge... not that your company changed the location on HB which obviously I was not aware. I FEEL THAT IF YOU ARE CHANGING LOCATIONS, THAT SHOULD BE MADE OBVIOUS TO THE CUSTOMER!! The truck was about par of a U HAUL and that is not good! it shook. Better than the last one that "skated." BOTH LOCATIONS WERE MANNED BY A WOMAN AND BOTH LADIES WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. Location 2840 is Fabulous and a joy. Location 1325 is difficult to get to as it is NOT EASY to do a U-Turn with a truck! Therefore I did not give the location a good rating.
The lock boxes do not work so I think that needs attention. If your paperwork says after hours phone # I think someone needs to be available for any/all types of emergencies.
