the office extremely small with little standing room there is no heat in the office. The person who waited on me is extremely slow on the computer and the truck I reserved was not available. it took over an hour to be waited on and the truck keys handed over to me.

Please have a seminar or update older U-Haul employee's of new computer options available for their customers. Because I, "saved time in line" and paid online it cost me 30 minutes as the only customer in line, After I repeatedly told Mr. Falzone to call his sustomer service line he told me to call them. Pointing at his 25 years in business sign. I almost missed my next deadline because of hi attitude...that I was lying. He continuously swipped my card even after the computer would not take the payment. Finally after the 20th try he caved .....calling his rep complaining he could not type in my amount. Not that the computer said, "already prepaid." Then he berated me for prepaying. Saying it was not a time saver and I should not have done it. What a joke!!!! I am not ever giving him any business. Some people just need to retire. REALLY!!

On December 10, 2016 I rented a small box truck. Time was for 9am - 1pm, around 12:20pm I called the place back and stated that I need to use the truck for another hour due to bad weather the street were icing up. The property owner said okay. At 2pm I called the property owner that I was on the way in. He starts to argue and threatening to charge me for another days rent. The road were bad and I wasn't going to drive fast and get caught into an accident. I had the truck at the property 2:30pm and he was gone. The property owner also didnt print out no paper work he clam that the printer didn't work.

Mr. Falzone was one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. Not only did he call me before my time had ended but he yelled at me and demanded that I bring the truck back even though I had only had it for 5 hours. I will be placing a formal complaint against mr. Falzone and U-Haul soon.

The pads that i rented to cover my furniture with f om U-Haul had bugs all over them. i need to be refunded all of my money back for rental and gas. I had to have my house exterminated for bugs!!!!

Did not have the truck I requested available. I had a guaranteed reservation, which I completed online, and had also completed express check in. Did not matter when I arrived. The U-Haul Representative Frank tried to rent me a smaller truck. When I told him it was too small, he suggested I just leave the back open for more space. I said no. He then tried to rent me a larger truck for $30 more a day, but also argued there was no way he could rent it to me. When I brought up that I had a GUARANTEED reservation and that I wasn't going to leave until I had a large enough truck, he finally gave me a larger truck at the guaranteed price. Then I had to "Check-In" again. Whole process took me almost 40 minutes. Would not recommend this location.

I chose this location because it it was closest to my home. It was a horrible experience it took 55 minutes for me to get my truck. The clerk at this location is entirely too old and he does everything slow he had a line out the door because he is not able to do things with in a timely manner. He asked me did I want to get the extra insurance for $14 I clearly ssid no. When received my final receipt I noticed at that point it had that he added it. I was so anxious to leave the storethe day of the move I didnt notice the extra insurance had been aded. My movers were waiting on me after waiting to get my truck for 55 minutes I do not plan on returning to U-Haul because I am very upset about the $14 among several other things dealing with this location.

We didn't get any help with hitching up the trailer and once my husband and I pulled and hitched up ourselves, he just came out and said what other part we needed and sent us on our way without checking to see if we did this right or not. We received no help from him whatsoever.

When I went to pick up the truck I was informed that I had to have it back by 2pm, had not been told this when I made the booking. I was informed it was on my agreement but as I was moving house, I had no internet connection so how as I to know. I am also charged for a days rent on the truck, how can that be when I only had it for 4 hours, then on top of that, I got a phone call at 1.20pm asking me to make sure I had the truck back by 2. The man was also very rude and abrupt and I definately am not going to ever use this location again. This was not the location that I called to book the truck anyway, but after I made the booking, I was told I had to go to this location to pick it up. I really do not understand this as I called days in advance for the booking. I have used UHaul before but this experience has certainly made me think about using UHaul again. I was also told something completely different about the charges when I made the booking as to when I actually had to pay, thats where he was rude and abrupt and he ended up ignoring our questions and walked away

I or my husband have rented from U-Haul several times before with no problem. But this time we had an issue with the owner or the guy who handled our services at this location. Upon our return, which was like 45 minutes prior to the time we had to be back, we made it back to the site but forgot put gas back in the truck. I informed him that we had go and get gas. No problem. We were gone about 15-20 mins, getting ready to head back when I get a call from him asking where we were. I told him about to leave the gas station, getting gas. He tells me it doesn't take that long to get gas. I told him Sir, we are getting gas, we will be on our way back momentarily. He tells me the 3:00 clock appointment was there. I advised him that we have the truck until 2:45 pm. We were already ahead of schedule. He continues to tell me about the next customer and I hung up on him. We made it back to him shortly after, turned the truck in about 2:20 or 2:25 pm. I didn't say anything to him out of respect of his age, but thank you and we left, but VERY disappointed because I felt like he attacked us for no reason. I could see if we were late getting back. Other than that he had no reason to harass us.

The elderly man at this location was mean and not courteous to us. On my original online reservation I had indicated that I wanted to purchase insurance, when my husband picked up the trailer, no knowing about the online insurance he declined coverage. I called later to see if we could add insurance he was hateful gruff and not pleasant to deal with. I called Corporate Uhaul and they said if he re-inspected the trailer it could be added but he did not even consider that. All he kept saying is that we had already declined. Not a pleasant man to deal with at all. If we knew the area better would have went to another location.
