When a client return the rental truck before but the business is close, the deposite should be refunded in full, I was charged 20$ + taxes fot after hour drop off, that is a steel

LUC C.Beside having to go over 1h30 further than I was supposed to go and that debit wasn't available for paying compared to the drop off was available....this meant going to the bank...another 30 minutes more, when the drop off did take debit......and now the 100$extra that I had to pay will be sent to me by check.....a little angry. Keep everything the same at all locations and when you promise a truck at a location you presume that it will be there not over an hour more
