The location services didn't work for my mobile pickup. If I was allowed to use the location barcode during pick-up of the truck why wasn't I allowed the option during drop-off?

Nothing. Our experience from start to finish was great! We set up our appointment with Mark and he was very easy to work with. We even tried to change our appointment time and he was very flexible but we couldn't make it work. Everything went smoothly in the pickup, use and return of the truck and we were so glad we were able to order it on short notice.
