When checking out the lady told me that I had to pay $15 for insurance for the truck I told her that I had my own insurance and did not want to pay for insurance on the truck she told me that U-Haul makes the customer pay for insurance on the truck now that is SO NOT TRUE

Money has not gone back to debit card and the store business is more important than the Usual business. Constantly put on hold for the store customers even though it was another attandent.

Customer service from reservation to pick up and drop off was horrible. They didnt have my truck the day I needed it so i had to switch my moving day to a day prior. They got the location mixed up from what the scheduling rep advised me then no one was there when I arrived I had to wait 40 min

It's a gas station that is not well maintained . Spills on the floor and too slow.

I didn't get a invoice of what I was being charge. I guess I have to wait to check my account. They did check my mileage or the gas. I was told uhaul would send and email invoice. Nothing showed the breakdown. I called the # on email and was told to back to the location where I rented. Also I had to wait In between or customers that was purchasing gas or other item's I had to change to this location because the one that was online no one was there for 7am pick up like the system said. Not to happy

I was charged for gas even though I returned the truck with more gas than I started with, I have pictures to prove this. I was told my reservation was made including insurance although I didn't authorize that, but I was told I couldn't change it. I was also told I couldn't return the truck based on 24 hours I had to return it based on the Uhaul representatives schedule because they leave early. I am a veteran and the whole experience was terrible.

The share 24/7 program was not working I had to redo all information once at the location even though reservation was made online keys were not in truck truck was also nasty cab and back of truck

Make sure the trucks are clean.i had to thoroughly clean the front area of the truck myself.it was disgusting. There were stains, spills, excessive hair everywhere. Yuck!

For starters you can find another location .I had to call to customer service to make a complaint.. the truck was returned the same day however..Friday August the 18 I had to call customer service to let them know the truck was returned the same day as well as the time keys where turned in ..the Phillip 66 owners did not credit me for returning the truck in fact Friday after talking to the helpful customer service person at U haul Iwent to the location to advise the owner that the truck was returned my contracted stated 5:15 Thursday the same day ...I was told by the a male owner that I.had to come back later Friday( that) evening at 5pm when the guy who was there when I returned the keys too so he could verify that I returned the keys. The owner which was a male asked for my contract I told him I am not giving it to him but he could make a copy he did make a copy.I called Customer service for U haul back to let customer service know that I felt that the owners at phollip 66 where trying to rip me off. she documented everything gave me a reference number After talking to my nephew who was present he called Phillip 66 spoke to a female but by the way the phone number on the contract is not the number I was able to reach the owners by I had to Google the correct number so did my nephew. He called spoke with a female he stated to her that the guy stated he was not formula wth U haul.the female owner stated that the keys where not return hung up on my keep her but we saw the truck on the lot... My nephew felt that they had rerented the truck but we saw it on the lot eariler. how ever I do not wish to be charged for services I did not accumulate also I was treated so very badly .I hope that your company consider putting your trucks some place else .Please take care of this matter for me I have all my information.
