Maybe have a sign or something that explains that the attendant, if not at the desk, is helping another customer out in the yard. When we arrived the office and warehouse were deserted. We weren't sure what we were supposed to do. The attendant showed up shortly after. He had been out back helping another customer hook up to a trailer. He was helpful and very efficient. We were out of there within a short amount of time. Very happy with the rapid service.

Return check in was a horrible process. Had to do it online and the app would not work. No answer on the 1-800 phone nor could I get help on the live chat. Cant blamd the return location for that but it sure did not help.

1 employee on a Saturday is unacceptable. Even more unacceptable when that employee loses the lockbox key and has to have customers break it open with a crowbar. Very unacceptable level of service. It’s really not that hard to rent a truck out, come on guys get it together. Never coming back to uhaul.

Waited with several other customers for 30 minutes before an employee began helping anyone. Didn't receive my 12:00 truck until 12:45. Otherwise, service was very appreciated

We had made a reservation at a different uhaul location for a pickup at 8am. We received an email stating our reservation had been moved to this location for a pickup at 8am. When we arrived at 8am, the location was not open and no one was there. Luckily a uhaul repairman showed up to help another customer and he was able to get us on our way. When we returned the truck on sunday, again the location was closed, so we were unable to speak to someone in person about the issues we had. We were very dissatisfied with uhaul and do not plan on using them for any future moves of ours.

The office had no attendant present for a long period of time during business hours. If attendant needs to step out, some kind of alarm or alert device is needed so that customers can call for service.

Despite showing up during business hours, no one was present ...Two other customers had been waiting since the place 'opened' and had no help. I had to create an account and return the trailer on line, which was a cumbersome transaction at best...Not OK at all!

Was supposed to open at 8 and didn't open until 8:15. Wasn't able to get my trailer until 8:45 and ended up being nearly an hour behind schedule. Open on time, next time.

For the location on Gillespie, have more professional people (More training in customer service) and set a time frame that it should take to rent trailers or vehicles from that location even when there are issues .

Originally I was scheduled to pick up the Uhaul from 36th and Nicollet, which is much closer to my home. The change in location added 20 minutes to the drive each way. My pickup was scheduled at 9 a.m. When I arrived at Martin Bell at 9, it wasn't open yet (even though they're supposed to open at 9). A line of people waiting to pick up trucks had formed outside the door. At 9:10, one employee finally showed up. He had to check people in and then run outside to get their equipment for them. Then run back in to check in the next person. It was almost 9:40 before I got my truck.
