I would have liked to receive a hard copy of some kind of receipt for the return of the trailer. However, my husband said he was told it "wasn't necessary".

Stay the same. When someone moves they want to make the logistics of the move to go without concern and your Company did that for me, thank you.

Id say change the bs signs that say 19.99 a day. Ended up costing 160 bucks for 4 hours. Far cry from 20 bucks id say

The post-inspection is where I learned of: - the 1/4 tank of gas requirement, not at pre-inspection! - and also of the $30 surcharge if not returned with a minimum of 1/4 tank of gas, which actually I returned with more gas than I started but because I got burned at pre-inspection I was to blame for this.. The only good thing is eventually I did not get charged after 10 minutes of arguing my case which should not have been necessary had I been given a truck with sufficient gas in the first place. Your gas policy sucks. To improve things: the vehicle should either be rented always with a full tank or an actual picture should be taken of the dashboard which includes the mileage and gas tank reading - thus itt can be mutually agreed upon by the salesrep and leaser and thus no funny business going on behind the customer's back. Also posting how many litres the gas tank holds and average mileage would be good as I had no idea how much gas to put in to go 230km, I didn't want to fill the tank knowing I may not even use half of it on the trip. Not knowing forced me to put $40 gas increments at 3 different times. Starting with a full tank alleviates all this as I would just fill it when returning the truck...
