The rental was clean, however it was full of fire ants in the driver’s area and I got bit pretty bad

The location was tiny and barely had any room to park a 15’ truck, let alone try to take the required pictures for the mobile return (my only return option!)

James EThe location was surrounded by a fence, so we were not sure where to go. My husband finally got a mechanic to come answer the door, and he did not even come out to check the Uhaul. Then they proceeded to charge us an additional $23 for gas when the vehicle had the exact same amount at the time of pick up. I submitted the before and after photos to Stephanie, and she said she would get back to me. It's now been days without any call, even though I have called and emailed several times. Just unprofessional and dissatisfied.
