The guy was very brash. When "he" screwed up and had the wrong mileage on the contract, he was very upset that I asked for it to be corrected and didn't know how to do it in whatever system. He literally "CANCELLED" my original contract, and started a new one at a $66 DOLLAR INCREASE! I've Called your customer service about this and am waiting for this to be credited and a call from your regional manager. He had me sign both contract and the green slip at the same time, WITHOUT even going out to the truck and walking around with me! like whaaaat! Uhaul this is not what you want to be known as ... is it??? THe cab of the truck smelled like a PORT A POTTY! LIKE FOR REAL! Have you driven 5 hours in a port a potty?!?!?!?!?!? Someone CALL ME! ANd REFUND my $66 back! because he did this new contract it wasn't even associated to my account so I couldn't upload pics when turning it in or nothing. Customer service tried to help but supposedly could not receive an email with the pics. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Arrived at 8am to pickup trailer. Lights didn't work. Was told mechanic would be in at 8:30. At 9:00 I started trying to fix the trailer. Went to auto zone - purchased contact cleaner and a new lighting wire set. Spent over $20. Replaced wires ON THE TRIALER cleaned all contacts ON THE TRAILER. Got the lights to work. Finally, finished at 10:00! Owner just watched me fix it. Didn't offer to reimburse expenses or anything. Mechanic never showed up. Even then about 1/3rd of the lights were burned out. I've rented a ton of trailers and trucks - this was the worst experience. What a joke!!!! Btw: I explained this at the drop off. Still no one offered to reimburse my expenses. I guess they were just happy that I fixed some of the stuff on the trailer.



I made a reservation for a 10' truck and when I arrived to pick it up, they didn't have my reservation. Go figure !!!

Quick pick-up an drop-off with my online registration. Exactly what I was hoping for regarding vehicle and service.



First, The owner of this location did not come out and check the gas level. So brought it back with the same amount of gas I left with. I just moved down the street so I did not use any gas. He asked "so you didn't put gas in it huh?" I said "no, because the same amt of gas that is in it is the same amt of gas that is there now". He looked at me and smirked and shock his head. Printed me a receipt and sent me on my way. He was very rude! why should I fill it up when I didn't use the gas.

Everything was great and the service was quick. This is the second time I use his location and the pick up and return process has gone smoothly. It would be nice to post hours of operation for this location on the uhaul booking page.



It's very difficult to find, and when we got there the truck we reserved wasn't ready. They told us the person before didn't bring back the truck and we couldn't have any that were on the lot because they were reserved. So what about the one I reserved?

When I was running late from packing in the morning, Farash Auto gave me a call to remind me that they were still waiting. I went to the place shortly after and they worked with me to get me my reservation.
