I did not rent anything from this location nor did I rent any Uhaul within the last 2-3 years. Why am I receiving e-mails? Did this location not vet the renter and ask for property identification? It has my full name, e-mail address and former phone number. I called the manager and he didn't seemed concerned and didn't ask for any information and was only concerned about a missing van/truck. I received an e-mail stating that I have not yet returned the equipment yesterday. Now I received an e-mail stating that it has been returned. The receipt has my name, phone number, e-mail, driver's license number! Please I need an explanation!

The UHAUL location is inside of an AM/PM. From the street or even inside the gas station, you can't tell that that there is an UHAUL inside. Getting our van was stressful and chaotic. The manager was very nice - but it was just him helping four different customer groups. We accidentally locked the keys in the car. At 10:30 pm, the manager called me to see if I could call roadside assistance or come back to the UHaul location. He told me that he didn't know what to do. I ended up calling UHaul myself to let them know the situation. Although I'm happy to help and am sorry that we locked the keys in the car - I don't see why the manager couldn't have called and figured out the situation himself.

The tank was almost empty not even enough to get to the location needed. The truck was nasty inside. But you guys tried to charge ME instead of the user before me. Also I don’t understand why you had to call someone to verify if they knew me at 8 am on a Saturday.

The horrible App. Everything other than the pickup and drop off was 5 star. It took 4 customer care phone calls at the begging and two at the end to finish the drop. Marking the spot where the uhauls are parked would be super nice. Other cars park in those spots and a board which says U Haul PARKING would solve quite much. Next Finding the "get started" and "Return my equpiment" button in the App is impossible for the reason it dosent exist at all. The customer care directed me to some other login and then the usual login and then could I find the return button. Please fix the app, please. Everything else, excellent. Thanks

It’s too expensive, I thought would be less than 50 dollars, i rented it for only few hours and charged for 90 dollars they have hidden charges

This location at the time I requested required using a mobile phone at the time of reservation to check out the vehicle. However, the official Android U-Haul app crashed 10s of times while I struggled to complete the process, eventually getting to the point where it required selecting payment method for the initial deposit. Every time I tapped the "Payment Method" dropdown, the app would crash ("U-Haul has stopped"). This was on a Google Nexus 5X phone with great data/cell service, and the latest Android 8.0.0. Phone support was unable to render any help, redirecting me once and then flat out ending the call (sending me back to the opening automated message)(an accident?) after I provided by reservation details. After around 10 frustrating tries and an hour later I discovered that you could do the same check-out process via phone using the website instead. The website, running on Chrome in Android, had no issues whatsoever and enabled selecting payment method, and finishing the vehicle checkout process. This delayed my moving plans by about an hour and was very frustrating dealing with a non-functioning mobile app, but was not a deal-breaker as once I eventually discovered the website I was able to finish the checkout process. My suggestion to any other customers: Do not even consider downloading/trying the U-Haul Android app, it is in serious need of work and will truly only waste your time. Use the website instead directly from your phone. My suggestion to U-Haul: Completely remove the Android app from the Google Play Store until it can reliably function, just instruct customers to use the website from their phone. Each customer that downloads that app and gets this horrible experience may at worst become a lost customer that spreads bad word about U-Haul, or at best will be a seriously frustrated customer that you wasted the time of. Removing the redundant app until it is fixed will resolve this serious problem.

Parking spots are a bit tight when you need to return the van to its spot along the wall. Most people aren't used to parallel parking such large vehicles.

I did self checkout. During the process a plain clothed man walks up to me and ask if I am done with the van. He states that he is from Uhaul and he asks me to hurry up checking in. I am skeptical that he is from Uhaul. After I was done checking out, he asks for the keys and I said that I was going to give it to the gas station clerk as stated in the process. As he follows me into the building, he says "fine, whatever"..."I"m in a hurry. On my contract, I have until tomorrow to return the vehicle. I guess this man is a Uhaul rep, since he got the keys from the store clerk right after I returned the keys...This Uhaul rep was rude, unprofessional, and acting hostile towards me, when all I was doing was following check-out instructions! If he was wearing Uhaul uniform, he would have been more credible. Instead, he seemed like a bum off the street and his attitude made me believe he was a random person who wanted to be aggressive. Overall - very bad checkout experience and ruined the entire experience! shame on Uhaul for hiring a person like that. Never again. -Vince

It took 15 minutes for them to find my keys. While I waited for the one employee to find them, she kept checking other people out rather than finding my keys. The location needs to be more prepared. Additionally, I ordered a paid for a dolly, which was not given to me.

There was a bunch of sticky stuff on uh ground in the passenger seat. The process of getting the vehicle was absolutely horrible and took 45 minutes. Would not do self pick up again.
