Truck door would not open. Had to spend 20 minutes On the phone with your customer service in order for them to unlock the door. Then the key would not Start the ignition. Had to spend another few minutes on the phone with your customer service to get them to allow the key to start the car. Your customer service said that this is a new idea on the part of U-Haul, and that it is taking a while for you to get it worked out. But those trucks have been at that location for two years. Unacceptable.
