I was told yesterday in order for me to haul 5000lbs of boxed tile I would require the 20 ft truck. I had originally planned for an open trailer but I told the man renting to me, I could not find my hitch. He asked what I was hauling, tile I said and that is when he said "youre going to need a 20 footer". I took his word for it. Today I bring back the truck. Perfect condition as I had to sweep the entire back of truck before I could put my tile. There was a lot of sand and small rock, tape and stray peices of plastic wrap. The small rock was a concern as I did not want scratched or chipped tile. The front of truck I cleaned the driver side cup holder because it was sticky on the bottom. Anyway, back on point. The store clerk said to me that I should have rented a trailer. I was taken aback. I reminded him of yesterday and that I couldn't because I didn't know where I put my hitch. He said the conversation never happened and had I mentioned a misplaced hitch they would have loaned me one. 1) recommended too big of truck needed and I trusted he knew best 2) denied a conversation about a trailer and hitch. I think it would have been substantially less had I been a more informed consumer but I did not believe I would be given something too big for the job.

Didn't have the truck I had reserved so I had to move up to a 26 foot truck. I had to attach the auto transport myself as the workers had no idea how to attach a trailer. Then because the truck was so large I could not get the auto transport backed in to where I needed it causing me to have to have the vehicle towed at $400. Upon returning the trailer their computers were down and couldn't refund me my money. Once we started driving to Phoenix the drivers door would not seal and was extremely loud for the entire trip. Also due to the fact I only needed a 15' truck the weight of my belongings wasn't heavy enough to force the suspension to work so the ride was extremely bumpy. I was very dissatisfied with this experience and may use a different company hormy next move

Employee seemed upset that I was returning equipment there even though my contract stated that was my drop off location, said she didnt see it on her "list" made a phone call before checking it in and stated that Uhaul may charge me a "wrong destination charge" even though they were on my contract as the drop off location. Was rude and acted "put out" that she had to accept the return

We had to keep jumping the truck to get it started. It probably needs a new battery???? It was very annoying and took us a lot longer to load.

your pricing is not consistent.I paid more than $30.00 for picking up the trailer out of San Manuel,Az.

Excellent experience. Very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

John was great, no improvement needed.

The inside of the cargo area was extremely wet either from a recent rain or washing. It leaked out the back and had to be drained out in our driveway before loading. Also, when our stuff was loaded and it rained during the drive, a couple of things got wet thought luckily nothing ruined.

On the uhaul website it showed 59cents per mile when I picked up the uhaul they said its 99 cents per mile is there something I'm not understanding here?

State at the beginning of the computer application that Ford Explorers are not accepted for trailors. We went all through the out of state info, etc and then at the end the computer info was negative. Kindly put the exempt vehicles at the very beginning of the inquiry as to "what model, etc. vehicle will be towing". A 4X6 trailor was what we needed instead all that was conveniently available was a 17' truck! Big, Big price difference. Not happy about that - -

1 tank of gas should be included with the price of rental.

I was very impressed with your service at this location however I also called the catalina location which was shorter in distance and one hundred dollars higher which makes no sense .

Need to be able to give more accurate quotes before hand. They did good but on your web page it was not easy to get close to what the cost might be.
