They have one female in this shop, her name is Emma. This young woman handled everything regarding what size truck that would be needed, plus the break down of the costs of two sizes, then asked me if I could considering renting a 6x12 RV Trailer that could easily be towed behind my 1989 Jeep, for a fraction of the cost. She was able to repair the wiring and replace the plug that's required in order to rent a trailer. I have a reseaver hitch but didn't have the hitch and ball. She was able to accommodate me with one attached and locked it place, then hooked up this heavy trailer with little or no help from me. Amazing! Talk about customer service. All the staff are friendly and very professional. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. I have rented trucks in many locations over the years. Never have I had such a positive pleasant experiance as I did with them. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you again.

Signage directly where to pull in is limited, nothing while driving in directs customer to pull to back gate. I just happened to pull in while an employee was in that spot to do something else. She noticed me pulling in and opened the gate. She was very friendly and efficient.

Rented a 5×8 trailer the girl at the counter was quick on taking the trailer off I feel bad that she had to deal with rude people the lady and guy that drop a truck of were angry and cursing saying that the other u haul treated them bad she apologized to me about what was going on said she'd be back with my receipt trying to help them and calming the lady down she kept screaming I told her not to worry about the receipt and good luck with the people she was dealing with . I'll definitely be coming back to rent at this location .

My wife and I were treated in a VERY Aggressive and rude manner. The employee refused to give her name so I cannot share it with you. We returned the truck, which did not have a working a/c in 100 degree weather, a day early and with the requested amount of fuel. I parked the truck in the lot and looked for the area where I should return the paperwork. An employee of the shop did not welcome me, ask how the rental went or anything else to greet us. The first thing out of her mouth was "oh I guess you didn't read the part of the contract saying to return a clean truck". I folded and stacked the blankets in the back and there was small piece of cardboard and one sheet of moving paper in the back of the truck. I was going to get the blankets and the items in the truck but the employee went to the back and told me "I already charged you honey" for the truck being "dirty". So, we left. When we called back to ask for a manager they said there was no manager there. One person, Riad, said he was in charge of the U-Hauls and he refused to give us his last name and said we can call back Monday when the person that runs the place would be back. We were given the number 909 446-2375 someone by the name of Reuben, again no last name and he has failed to send me his e-mail information. I believe he is a regional manager of some sort. He said that the employee should have informed us that there were some items left in the truck and given us the opportunity to clean the truck out fully. I told her that the A/C didn't work and that we are returning the truck a day early and frankly I do not need to be yelled at. She told me she did not care if the A/C didn't work that is none of her business and she already charged us for the "dirty truck" fee. This is a gross injustice. Employees do not have the right to yell at paying customers. Employees are supposed to follow company procedures. I parked the truck and turned in the paperwork. I was never given the chance to get the one piece of cardboard or one piece of packing paper out of the back of the truck. I was simply yelled at and told I was charged an extra fee. I want that fee reimbursed. It is not fair to over charge people simply because you have their payment information. This is simply unfair and I would appreciate it if the fee would be reimbursed. Reuben told me he was going to do his "due diligence" and get back to me. As a provider of services I think you should take note of the scathing reviews of this drop off location. They are dragging U-Haul's good name through the mud! I want the fee reimbursed!!

Very bad experience with uhaul in San Marcos, the place we were assigned to turn in the truck was not open on the weekend closed early on Sat. so we went to another uhaul, i called 2 times to verify hours, we took the truck there on Sun.. at 4:00 and the lady said she could not take the 26 ft. truck! I was surprised because I thought since it was a uhaul they would take any truck! My husband had parked the truck and then another truck blocked him in so we could not move the truck out of the space. We left the truck because he was very upset and tired, I talked to the lady later and told her I was sorry we did not want to leave the truck parked on the street, we would return the next morning about 9 or 10 to pick it up she said ok. We came back and got the truck and took it to the designated drop off place at 10:00, the guy there charged us $57.00 because he said we were supposed to have it back by 8:00 so we were 2 hours late! This is very upsetting, you would think that with all the problems we could have had a little leeway on the time. We did try to return the truck, we were concerned about leaving it on the street. I feel we should be credited the $50.00 back to our account, this was not all our fault, if we had been told the place we tried to drop it off at had limited capability and could not take the 26 ft. truck we would not have taken it there and then got blocked in by another truck so we could not move it. The U-Haul rep was great, very friendly. Brake Stop personnel weren't the friendliest. When I arrived and indicated I was there for a U-Haul rental, the Brake Stop guy said it will be a few minutes and then ignored me.

The welcoming was not very, well, very welcoming. I mistakenly walked into the shop area when I saw the bosses desk stationed in this area. He immediately told me to get out and go into the lobby area located adjacent and near his desk. I know insurance reasons was the cause of his attitude but i wasn't ready for it. The boss didn't say anything to me after directing me. One of the employees then appeared and helped me get the rental out in good time!

At first I was mad because I had checked in and paid for my trailer but still had to wait in a line with 3 people who had not checked in and paid so it took them a long time. I told the person at the register and he ignored me. When I asked him what the point of of checking in early was, he ignored me again. Then we had an issue with hooking up our trailer and 2 other gentlemen went above and beyond to help us so the experience, although lengthy, turned out fine and I am very grateful to these 2 gentlemen. I believe their names are Joseph and Riad. The younger guy checking people in was rude but Joseph and Riad made up for his shortcomings. Thank you!

Never renting there again ! First of all to it was a nightmare to reserve, called and I was told they were too busy to take my call they got my info and a was suppose to get a call back from them. Two hours passed and never got the call , called them back and I got asked if I can wait on the line. After 5 minutes they told me the same thing "sorry we are too busy right now can you call back in 30 minutes " called them back a third time after 30 minutes and the answer I got was this " sorry uhaul services are closed for today you can call tomorrow at 8:30 which I did and finally booked .the day of the pick up They gave me a truck with a dirty box which I returned clean . I returned the unit after hours so I did wait 2 days to get my receipt and when I did I noticed that I Got charge $15dls for fuel when I did returned At the same level I was told. Definely would not recommend this place and I'll recommend them to hired someone just to answer uhaul trucks because their priority it's the mechanical brake shop they have !

The agent there at break stop & repair/U-Haul Named Riad was excellent, came in there for my U-Haul reservation he has helped me through the process in every way he could nothing but the best service I've had in a while. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, excellent work !

The agent was 40 minutes late to the job which made all customers wait until he decided to roll -in when he pleased. He was then short and rude. Then gone by the time we showed up to return the truck. Don't ever rent from this location. They don't care about their or your business
