Excellent service from staff. Easy pickup and delivery. Will definitely return. Also excellent service from Solo Tires in Orange. He didnt have a truck available but helped reserve one from Allied. Awesome service and saved the day.

The two employees kept answering the phone and transferring calls and made us wait to pick up the rental and to drop off. I probably spent about an hour to pick up and drop off rental. I spent more time at the rental office than I did to move the patio furniture.

They were incredibly rude and it took almost an hour to get my trailer picked up this AM. A gentlemen by the name that started with M. I want to say Marcello or Marisco. Not positive on his name. Told me and I quote " I don't know the the F**k you want me to do, go to a hardware store a get a f**king hitch that works" because he was incapable of putting the trailer onto my trailer hitch, which was properly sized.( your standard 2") After he acted out. A few other new employees. One's name was Jake. They reacted and took charge of their fellow employees sour behavior. The costumer service was incredibly poor aiding to that they would speak Spanish to one another, yet be openly talking about me to my face. It was a simple pre registered trailer that took an hour to fully get Checked in and completed.

The people that work there are so ruse unprofessional with cero skills for costumer service..i wil never comeback to your location... They act as they are doing a favor. For the clients... I wanted to tell the supwrvisor what he wasn't there.. If they do not want my money other busines will gladly atend me..

(1) We repeated several times, because they kept asking, the equipment needed for the move, yet they still got it wrong and the additional equipment took up needed space in the truck. (2) The tow trailer was broken and did not function properly, but due to the time and the store closing we had no choice but to use it. Cost us time and money!

Make sure the front end to solid all the lights work and that you tell a customer that the truck has a governor on it you can't exceed 60 miles an hour and that it's probably under power going up hills like from Southern California to Northern California on the 5

Service was fine. The equipment was questionable, sometimes the A/C worked and sometimes it did not. There was a fan belt making noise when the A/C was not working and on the last day the A/C worked and it was not making that noise. The motor's performance and mileage appeared to be good.

Someone there tried to reset the odometer from the 8 miles I used the truck for in one day, to 1000 miles....and the 19$ /day rate to 79$ per day for long distance. Total scam or incompetent odometer reading, ...or possibly they use the truck after i turned it in since it was on a sunday and you just drop the keys off with no one to record the milaeage. I have a feeling its not the first time this location (doubles as an AVIS car dealer) as pulled this. Located in Santa Ana...they wont be there long Im sure.

I had different responses to my request of keeping a one way rental a little longer. First, I told the young lady my situation with my walkthru and coming in time from LA to OC near traffic. She extended my time from 12 noon to 8pm (closing) without late penalty. When I came in, I was still charged despite me telling the new guy the story. I ended up paying another $114 on top of the original $178

Not sure if this is a uhaul corporate issue or the specific location issue but there seems to be an issue with scheduling. I had an appointment at 12pm to pick up my truck and was running late so I called to let them know. I was reassured that the truck would be waiting for me. As an additional preventive measure, I also did the express check in. Upon arrival, I was told that my truck had been given away because I didn't make the appointment I had. I explained that I called beforehand and checked in on the website. They had to rebook my truck at a different location. I was not happy about this at all and their only reaction was that I can all uhaul corporate to get a $50 rebate. When I was about to leave, one of the clerks came running out and told me that someone had dropped off a truck so I ended up staying with the same company. It all worked out for me but just wanted to let you know how much of an inconvenience this experience was. I lost nearly an hour and a half trying to sort this out with them. Time that can't have back!

A lot of confusion re rental details here versus what was contracted on phone at the 800 U-haul number. But the 800 number clerks were challenged as well. Didn't seem that difficult. I guess if you're renting for more than a day or two, that doesn't fit the U-haul norm. Then the clerks don't seem to know how to handle the request and don't seem well trained. On the phone or on-site! Frustrating & time consuming.

I was expecting this to be stressful and it was the complete opposite. They were very friendly and helpful. I was going to pay a mover $400 and ended having to pay only $55 for a uhaul. So affordable and it was fun to drive a truck again. Will be back next month for the move I have coming up in June.

Store opened 20 min. late and no apology was given for making us wait. Girl that helped us could have been a little nicer. She wasn't mean but had no personalty. The guy that gave us the rental was nice. Overall it's what I would expect from a usual rental center. Truck was in good shape.
