Nothing, the guy that helped me was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was in and out quickly it was nice.
When I retuned my rental I was extremely tired the manager could see that he suggested I rent one more night so I could unload the truck in the morning. I love that I was able to also rent a storage unit at the same location I turn my truck at awesome experience thank you
When I arrived, service agent took a call from his supervisor. I was partway through the check in process when he took the call. I waited for at least 10 minutes while he talked to his boss about employees with covid, his family, etc., until I was transferred to another customer service agent. Had to start completely over with my check in. Staff was rude and demanding. My pick up time was set at 3:45pm even though, by the time I was done it was after 4pm. Staff was firm on return by 3:45 or extra charges. I have used Uhaul many times over the years, and luckily this is the only time I have had a poor experience.
They gave us a storage unit on the second floor with no elevator and no one to help move heavy items. I have a bad back and couldn't do it and we don't know anyone in the area to help us unload. We don't have a whole lot of trailer experience, and yet they forced us to back it into a parking space when returning instead of detaching it from our vehicle and parking it themselves. They charged us for a second day extension; it was supposed to be free because they sent us to the wrong drop off place the day before. The original drop off location was 60 miles from the storage unit and 80 miles from our new place. Naturally, I thought that must be a mistake. Your customer service department even assured me that they were in the same town when they were not. The key card also doesn't work and they refused to fix it while we were there.

the check in and return process , was smooth n easy. The rented truck was very user friendly and maneuvered very well. A very capable ride for do it yourself moving.
Wes was very helpful with the check in process and provided me with useful information about the risks associated with not buying insurance. He was pleasant, genuine, and easy to work with. Overall one of the better customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. Uhaul was straightforward and got the job done.
I wish you had dump trailers available for rent.
Only deal with this location in our last 4 moves. They're great!

They take to long to assist customers , which is why I tried the app check in check out / on the go . Was a complete waste of time , I / we waited 45 min in line to pick up keys !!! That 45 delay turned into an additional day of cost for truck & crew - not happy just as before . That location absolutely sucks , if I ever rent from you again I will not use that location !!
Had the best customer service! This location was so packed and busy, but the staff handled everything very well, and did it all with smiles and great interactions with the customers. I am 8.5 months pregnant and was offered a chair to sit in to wait by staff. And upon returning my equipmemt, was met with the friendliest staff member who was polite, and just as friendly as could be. She had another customer interrupting what we were doing about 3 times, but she was polite and was able to help us both at the same time. Great job to these very hard workers!
Drop box lock was broken. I alerted the staff, who knew this, yet didn't feel the need to try and help me know what to do. Both when getting the key (which with the app is SOOOOO simple) and when dropping off the key, the staff didn't seem to know what was going on or care about helping the customer. Without the app I would NEVER recommend this location as staff at this location seem to lack the will to want to truly get the job done right and help the customer. Bummer, since I depend on these vehicles, which have always been good for what I've needed.
I would prefer to get a vehicle with a full tank of gas every time. That way you have no chance of over filling the tank when you return it. I would also like a frequent customer program.
A lot of information entered online had to be re-gone through. Why can't the experience be more touch-less? Just enter the info. Show up. Click I'm there. Get a person to come validate hookup and be done. Why any inside/ checkout time for an already placed order? Arrived back 90 minutes late due to dealing with damage in wind storm. Got charged a full extra day. Would be nice to have an hourly rate.
Rented pick-up for 1 day @ $19.95 . Received fuel tank less than 1/4 full and drove less than 18 miles. I did not refuel and figured to be billed perhaps a penalty gouging $20.. The truck (less maybe 2 gallons MAX of fuel) was returned in the exact same condition as when received. I was billed over$100. These are difficult times and penalizing customers harshly is bad business , you've lost mine. No
When I made the reservation I was told I could pick up after 7pm, the location closes at 7pm, thankfully the employees working agreed to help get my rental to me otherwise your lack of communication with your locations would have seriously fucked over my moving plans
The gentleman that helped me initially was not polite at all. We had to call the corporate office ourselves for assistance. I was very disappointed with how I was treated.
Tire Pressure Sensor kept coming up on the dash, Pick-Up truck was dirty inside and out, just a quick wash but not thoroughly cleaned prior, other than that, Customer Service and Process was great.
