The associate who took my reservation over the phone was great; the young lady who checked me in was poorly trained, unclear in her communication, and was not service oriented. Additionally, there were Uhaul employees smoking in the yard while helping us. Very unprofessional.

Car was 3/4 gallon full..i noticed a mile down the road and called and included picture of odometer and gas. When returned I filled it up to 3/4 tank and let employee know. He rudely in so many words told me thats on you! Then on receipt I was charged $50 in gas. Also i rented an appliance dolly and requested ramp to find out when trying to load, our truck didn’ t have a ramp! I now have to rent another truck from a different company to move appliances from storage. Plan on starting a boycott on favebook and instagram with photos and receipts. Will not use again! Horrible experience!

When I returned the truck the person who received it was nice but when I went back a few days later to pick up a trailer I reserved, the gentleman behind the counter was very short tempered and hostile to the point that they refused to rent me the trailer based on a fabricated excuse leaving me in a very difficult situation. When I called Ray Bradley he set me up with a dispatcher who found me another dealer. That dealer had no problems with me and were easy to work with.

The man who I first dealt with after my online check in was rude and unpleasant, nasty and slow. Made us wonder why we did an online check in at all. The man we saw on the return was great. Very nice, professional and helpful. The woman who acknowledged we brought the truck back after gassing it was also very nice and very professional. Front desk guy shouldn't deal with the public.

Very busy because of the time of year, but the staff moved people and equipment efficiently. Good job of informing me as to hook up and what safety related issues I needed to keep an eye on for our 3200 mile journey. Completed without a hitch (pun intended).

Long wait in line. Inadequate staffing to handle the Saturday morning rush. Counter staff displayed no concern over long line and no sense of urgency. There was a man and a young woman working the counter. The man appeared to be in charge. He was rude and displayed this odd passive aggressive attitude toward the customers in the store. I will avoid going back to this location in the future.

Maybe get more people to work the front registers to provide quicker turnaround. Many of the people in line were visibly frustrated by the wait time, I had a reservation so it didn't really matter but customer service is key.

Staff needs to be more professional. Had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. Waited in line for one hour. While in line employee (Don) assisting another customer says out loud, so that everyone else in line could hear, that the customer’s partner’s credit card was declined. Not only embarrassing but unprofessional. Let me say though that the young lady assisting me, Flordeluz, was very kind and professional. Also store ran out of dollies that were reserved by customers in line. I got the ‘last’ one. I’m a regular client (twice a year) and I’ve been renting from this store for a few years. Not sure if I’ll come back to this location.

I rented a 4x7 utility trailer. The deck was dirty, attendant said that was ok. I asked if this was really 4' across because what i was going to transport was 44", so image my surprise after driving 100 miles to make this pickup when the width of the trailer was only 40". I returned empty handed and frustrated. Now I have to do it again next weekend. NOT HAPPY!

The person who took care of me was CLUELESS !!! When we finally got the paperwork done he just walked to the van, gave me the key and walked away. I think he needs more training and a people skills workshop or to be let go. Also, I spent an hour cleaning the van. That doesn’t seem right.... I think that y’all should comp me something or I’ll try a different company next time.

This is the second time I have used U-haul in a year, and both times the final charges were exhorbitant. both times I needed the truck additional days and you really socked it to me. I won't use U-haul again

1 person manning desk on busy saturday morning. She was very nice but I waited an hour to get a trailer and line behind me was 12 deep. Likely took them 90 minutes. Not acceptable

yOU NEED TO HIRE SOMEONE WHO HAS A PERSONALITY AND IS NOT A COMPLETE ASSHOLE. I RETURNED MY TRAILER EARLIER THEN NORMAL AND HE WAS RUDE AND WOULDNT HELP ME. APPARENTLY THE GUY OUTSIDE SAID HE GETS ALL KINDS OF COMPLAINTS. FIRE HIM OR I WILL NOT RETURN

The guy at the register was extremely rude. We had reserved a van and he told us in a condescending tone that the reservation is not going to happen. I tried to explain that is what our reservation is for. He snapped by borderline yelling at us on who we made the reservation with and repeated that it’s not goin to happen. I explained that I had made the reservation through the 800#. He immediately picked up the phone and called them. He was talking to them and told us that we can’t take the van, we have to take a different vehicle. I told him that it’ll be a little more difficult driving the other vehicle, but it’s fine, we’ll manage. Every question we had for him, he had a snide remark. We just couldn’t wait to get out of there. Unfortunately, we were stuck dealing with him as we needed to move some furniture.

One man initially refused to remove the wheel straps and chains keeping the car on the transport. He said that wasn't his job. I told him I didn't attach the car and shouldn't be expected to take the straps off and climb under the car to remove the chains. He eventually did it but he had an attitude. The young man who checked in the truck was very nice.

Truck had been driven in from central time zone (from clock) and the outside was covered in death insects, windshield dirty also. Might be to quick turn around time.

waited in line for 15 min to be told just leave the truck with keys in it outside. i didnt really feel comfortable about just leaving the truck so i walked out back and 3 employees were just talking. 1 cleaning gus personal car out, another smoking a cigarette and the third sitting in his car with the door open. i asked them if they could check in the truck and one of them said just leave it and i will get it right now. i also had to tell the employee that there was about 3 trucks and 4 trailers trying to also drop off the equipment. when i left there was a line of vehicles waiting to get in. very disorganised.
