The employee kept giving me the wrong keys. Kept going in and out to change the mileage. The truck had a few stacks of cut up cardboard in it. He diddnt get the proper gas meter reading either. When i got back at 4:00 he locked up and was gone. Thanks to Uhaul for the use of their truck. I got the job done of course but ill not be going back to that location in Sapulpa. Again, thanks Uhaul. Maybe keep a closer watch on employee training? Possibly drug test as well..

Let customers know if they have State Farm insurance they do not need to buy the insurance on the uhaul truck. Spent $80 dollars for nothing!!

Bill quickly and accurately rented me a trailer. He told me I could drop off the rented trailer at my destination at any UHaul location nearest my location. This proved to be inaccurate and misleading. I signed the contract and paid my money based on his assurances that I would not have difficulty with drop off. However, when I was done with the trailer, I tried to drop it off near my home, at the UHaul location at 215 SW HK Dodgen Loop, Temple, TX but was refused. I called your scheduling office and they said that location had no more room to store trailers, but I could easily see at least 6 parking spots for trailers that were empty, so I know that was only an excuse. Reluctantly I drove the trailer to your 3914 S. General Bruce Dr. location, at my expense, but was not happy about the extra distance, since I was already in the parking lot of you facility at 215 SW HK Dodgen Loop but was refused dropoff. I was dropping off the trailer nearly a day early, and you could take responsibility for moving it where and when you want it later. I won't trust you again.

I had a reservation at ACT Storage to pick this truck up. I arrived, to find out that my reservation was moved--by the manager who wasn't even there. No one was there, so I got told this on the speaker, not even by an employee. No notice, no e-mail, no phone call. So, then I had to locate the new location, with my kids in tow. Not the way I wanted to start this move. I am not pleased. The pick up location was fine, not super friendly, but average. The first location deeply disappointed with and would not recommend it at all.

Who's leading in the afternoon when I picked it up it was very cold. Didn't really look at the outside or the inside it wasn't filthy but it wasn't clean.

I was not informed well that we would be doing the self check out and that no one would be there then the truck was smaller than we ordered which took extra time and trips. I was very upset in the overall experience.

I have used uhaul many times for various moves over the years. Not only will I never use Uhaul again, I will do my best to make sure no one else I know uses them either. This person named Bill who owns WILK in Sapulpa Oklahoma told me it would be cheaper to do the rental as a walk-in instead of a reservation and he cancelled my reservation and told me to make sure I bring it back to him. When I asked why that would be cheaper he got irritated and started arguing with me. When I brought the truck back I asked how much I would be charged for fuel since there were no gas stations nearby and he got mad and told me to "get out if I was going to figure up any costs." When I asked him why he was talking to me that way he said "to be frank you've been so f$&@ing bit$&y this whole time!" He continued to curse at me and insult me. I've never been treated so poorly by any business in my life. The fact that this conduct is allowed by uhaul is amazing. All I did was ask about fuel cost. The level of anger in this man as well as the way he cancelled my reservation suggests to me that he is engaged in something unethical. Uhauls name should be stripped from his building.

Trailer had working brake and turn signal lights however the running (tail lites) did not work. since its was a dark rainy day this was dangerous.

Just as comment. The trailer was a duel axle trailer and the right rear tire as it turned out had two nails in it. When I got home and was loading noted it was really low. Aired it up and loaded. Overnight it lost 20 lbs so took it and got patches installed before hitting the road. Otherwise everything worked great.

To begin with I called to find the address and informed the man I would be there a little later. The man told me his highway location and he was on the corner at a stop light. I ended up going to the wrong location for drop. I called the same number again and left a message that I was out front. He never called to follow-up to tell me I was at the wrong place. So, I called another number that was located on a sign there. The man informed me that there was another location on down the road; which ended up being the right location. I complained to the man and he said, "I'm sorry I just have the cars and the computer there is nothing that I can do about it". So, I am complaining!!!! I feel as if I was given the run around on the whole Shabang!! (Ordeal)
