I would like to see an earlier opening time to get a early start of the day. Renting a trailer usually means working doing something and the 9 am start up seemed a little late. I had to get there the night before and then park in hotel parking lot worrying about it.

It took me over 2 hours to get the trailer. I spoke to the man there (Harley) told him I would be there @11:00 I was 20 minutes late l. When I got there he was giving my trailer to a gentleman that he said wasn’t suppose to be there till Monday and this was Saturday!!!! So had to wait for him to go to a different location to pick up another trailer. I asked if we could just go get it and he said no! Then took him another hour to get his act together and get the trailer checked out to us! Then to top it all off, they don’t print off the paper work for you because they don’t want to buy a printer for that!!! So ridiculous and so much of a hassle. Never again



The cab of truck had cheese nips all over floor board other than that too much charged for mileage on weekend with us on fixed income.

Was there at 9 am. Computer system was running real slow. Then the left rear tail light/turn signal waste working. By the time they fixed the light and gave me the paperwork It was 10:39am. And I was the first one there when they opened .

Did not have any issues with thenoick-up or drop-off location specifically. Have a HUGE issue with your scheduling department. No one called me to tell me that I would have to drive an hour to pick up the truck. I had to call them at 6 o'clock Friday evening to find out and was told then that I would be driving an hour for pick up and that I wouldn't be able to pick up the truck until 3 hrs later than I needed it. The 3 hr delay in picking it up and having to drive an hour back created some huge scheduling issues. Gentleman at the pick up location was very helpful but the scheduling department was useless.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! This person refused to accept the trailer after the uhaul telephone representative told us to drop it off there. He said he would not be responsible for the trailer even though he was a uhaul location. The uhaul telephone representative tried to call him and he refused to answer the phone. We could see him holding the phone and he refused to speak with her. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.



Harley acts like he is from another planet. I will never use this location again. It's small and difficult to get in and out of.

Employee did not know what he was doing and the process took longer than it should have. He had to go through the process several times until we figured it out together. He did not offer to help disconnect the trailer nor did he inspect it.

It took over an hour, credit card machine was broke, the first trailer he did all paperwork for wasn't usable so he had to do the paperwork all over again. He hooked the trailer on my truck and he didn't latch the hitch on the ball, He was unorganized and obviously didn't know what he was doing! Terrible experience that cost me a lot of time. It shouldn't take over an hour when you are the only customer in the place...

Slow, but it seems related to the computer system. Having trouble printing, never got a printed contract. The gentleman was very nice and conversational. Much bigger issues with the first location that we reserved a trailer at (Legends Collision, Hwy 117 in Glenpool). Said Saturday hours, called Friday afternoon and asked if we could fill out paperwork and pick up Friday. I was unable to do that (which is why I found a location with Saturday hours). Told me she would find a different location that had the trailer. Never called back, did not adjust the reservation. Received a reservation confirmation that night with the original location still on it. Made me show up on Saturday, location closed, then had to call Uhaul reservation number to find a different location (the lady on the phone was very apologetic, nice, and helpful). Finally got it figured out and got a trailer. Thankfully I wasn't in a hurry.

The 1st uhaul the brakes didnt work right, asked to be put in another one. The 2nd one had the oil light on the whole time (4 hr trip). We bought & put it in. The sapulpa uhaul place we rented it from, was very nice & fast about putting us into the 2nd truck! Other then that, it was a good exsperiance. Things happen, there vehicals, I just feel 2 outta 2, maybe they should look into the upkeep a little better. Thank you!
