U Haul should not use this location ax a rental point. Lack of customer service, no customer parking, complacent people work there, place is dirty, no one willing to help. Worse experience ever.

Hard to see where to go to return the trailer. However, the person was helpful and the return went smoothly and quickly.
Not charge for days and time that they didn't have the equipment for. I was charged for 2 days when I only had the equipment 3 hours. And I wrote the return time on the paperwork
Drop off was fast, easy and overall easy.
I thought the only problem was that I was to pick up at one place but had to go to another place , Uhaul could have text me , emailed me , or called me thats all . Both places were very friendly great to do business with. % stars
The truck was dirty and damaged. We could not open the door, latch was broken. The last was more concerned about her promotion of her business rather than taking are of us.
I was very happy with both of these locations since they FIXED my original order 24406701 at the Abercorn St Savannah location I had previously confirmed. The truck was NOT there and I was EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED after they told my son he was to go to a second location WHICH was closed to pick one up! I had to call customer service at U Haul who sent him to a third location where he eventually got the truck . I am disappointed that the second order was not for the same quote I received on the first one. Order 93977960. Why? I placed my reservation two weeks earlier. It was confirmed. I even visited the location personally and spoke to Travis who assured me it would be fine if my son picked up the truck and used my discover card two days earlier while I was in Savannah packing with my daughter. I received an email in Friday stating the truck would be ready the 27th as agreed. I would like an inconvenience fee as mentioned by your call center rep and the difference on my original quote.
I went to one place and they would not accept the hitch so I had to go to another place which put extra mileage on the truck.
I didn't know about the attendant-free drop off at the drop off point. If I had known and had the app it would have been great, but I didn't know so it was kinda confusing. Otherwise the service was great.
The representative was nice but at first meeting her, she wasn't welcoming but she warmed up to us
Move to another building. Separate from the taxi company.

First the lady put everything in the wrong name, so when I called the 1-800 number I had to have someone else verify everything even tho I rented it and my licenses was on file. Second, she marked the gas in the truck so wrong. But I didn't think to take a picture because when the truck was turned over to me the guy driving just got out and walked off. When I first tried to pull off in the truck it shut off on me, so I was more worried about that. But the area where the pick was at, is so sketchy I didn't want to go back in. I had to put More gas in it when I dropped it off than what I had when I picked it up. Or I was going to be over charged for them to put more gas in it. I was charged for 40 extra miles. Which makes no since, I rented it for a day. I put from where to where. So the fact that I had to pay for more miles is crazy! I rented one before and didn't pay for extra miles. And I went further than this trip. Very disappointed.
It took 30 minutes to check back in and still 3 days and they took the money out the wrong account. The building smells horrible. I feel that I should get a refund it was horrible.
Their was not enough lighting in the area to drop truck off to, that was on a bad side of town.

Just a little signage inside maybe - when you enter the building you are in a cab company dispatch office and then walk through another room into an office. Feels a little weird. BUT great news is the people are AWESOME and super helpful. It was pouring rain and they ensured we had an umbrella during the hookup and walking to/from.
I waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time for someone to help me. They forced me to pay another $15 for an adapter before I could leave because a light wouldn't work. The light still didn't work after purchasing the new adapter. Trailer was dirty. This whole operation was not set up to maintain efficiency.
Have the vehicles actually serviced. Both inner dually tires were dry rotted and blew out on my move. Axel on tow dolly needed replaced. Showed all evidence to the UHUAL I returned the truck and tow dolly to, they apologized and said that it was getting replaced because the tow dolly should have never gone out the way it did.
I don't like when I bought the vehicle back they said we were good.i didn't owe anything.then when I try to rent the vehicle next day.the lady said I owe 200. Not good.
He was pleasant and answered my questions
UHaul changed the location the day before. I booked for 8:30am (confirmed the time) but the new location did not open until 9:00. That's not the location's fault. That is poor scheduling by UHaul. The lady on site was pleasant and helpful but my move was disrupted by Uhaul.
