It was very unclear where the truck was supposed to be parked. The area around the garage door that I eventually found was dirty. There were no personnel to receive the truck, so I can't give a rating.
Melanie B.I was told that, this location is an in-person location and there will be people to assist me. When I went there, there was no one to assist me. I called uhaul and they made me wait there 30 plus minutes. A manager came there just to help me. He was really helpful and friendly.
