U-Haul is benefiting from additional gas I left in truck. U-Haul should go back to filling up truck before returning or reimburse for overage. You are screwing your customers.

Service oil light and coolant light was on when I picked up the truck. They said it just needs to be serviced and don’t worry about it. BUT the A/C did not work either !!!

I tried to contact the drop off location to confirm an extra charge and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone on two occasions. Finally went to a national number for an answer.

Not a criticism. Just a comment. The person that checked me in was new. I know first hand how difficult learning to navigate around new software can be. I did have to wait but I was not in a hurry to be anywhere. I was picking up some new furniture locally. Some people may have not rated her as highly as I did because they seemed to be in a big hurry. I think she did very well handling the situation. I know in a very short time, she'll be a pro at checking people in.

The trailer was swept out. It was obviously an older trailer. The paint was badly faded and a rough welding repair was made on the tongue handle. The tires were much under inflated when I picked it up. Nevertheless, it hauled our load over 500 miles without any problems.

Where divi begin. One customer in front of me (without a reservation) and a had to wait 40 minutes. And I had pre reserved! Ridiculous. She couldn't operate the system, couldn't figure out why printer didn't work- it was out of paper. Couldn't find scissors to open the paper pack. I could go on. On a Saturday morning get someone there with experience.
