The vehicle was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was initially with returning a requested call to confirm reservation pick up time. Every time I called to confirm, the Uhaul representative was not present at location therefore I had to call multiple times over a 3 hour period. That's my only complaint, everything else was fantastic.

The truck I had reserved was not there when I got there. This pick-up site appeared to do everything they could to find me a truck asap. However it was 2 hrs before I could get my truck. This upset my entire schedule for my move!! It seems this new "24hr truck pick-up/drop-off" thing is really messing things up!! I recommend you abandon the idea or get more trucks. The truck I got was not running well, I felt it needed servicing. I was told by UHaul that the one-way trucks are newer and better equipped. This one was not!! BARE necessities only!. I was extremely disappointed. I have used UHaul equipment many times in the past with little to no problems. BUT this was the WORST experience ever!

I returned it with more than 3/4 gas fuel level. I put gas in the truck just up the street not even a half mile from the drop off location. I made sure to put it just beyond the 3/4 level mark to be sure and I was charged $6.38 in fuel charge. this is the second time that Uhaul has done that to me and I did not say anything the first time. This charge is unwarranted and should be refunded.

The Agent has put in a wrong truck number against my name and put on a truck number for the truck he gave me, against another customer. He told me he would correct it when I return the truck. Due to the agent's mistake, Uhaul over-charged me and I went to his office 5 times and every time he asked to come next day. I am disputing it through my CC company and it's been 5 months and dispute is not resolved. I got a worst experience from this agent.
