Awful service. No one is at this location. Had to call to get someone to get me the key. No paper work was provided. Gas tank was empty when I got it but was charge 40+ dollar because I returned it empty. That is called stealing and bad service.

A total absentee personnel location. They never pick up their phones and never bother to reply back. I suggest you better go down the road as there is a full fledged manned location with Uhaul storage too. Absolutely don't recommend this location.
Clement P.We showed up and no one was there. Ever. We found the trailer in a gated enclosure and had to attach and detach on our own. Equipment was overall clean and got the job done but it did not appear well maintained. Purposefully did not add the Uhaul Coverage but found the fee added to my contract. Owner claimed twice he would remove the charge, since he could tell someone else added it. Almost a week later and they charged us the extra fee that we did not agree to. Seems to be the way with Uhaul. One day we will stop using Uhaul all together.
