The trailer was clean...but the floor of the cab was a little dirty. This may be the norm for this type of rental though.

Took me awhile to get a truck.. they had me scheduled for one spot and then come to find out they couldn't even get the truck there and it was good for me for two other spots and finally found it in Sonora

I spoke with a UHaul rep via phone and reserved a car dolly. There were none in my area and I had to drive 40 minutes to pick it up. I rushed (90mph) to get there before they closed. When I got there the man informed me that it had already been reserved the day before and he could not let me have it as it was leaving the next morning. I only needed it for two hours to haul my van to get it fixed. He still didn't want to let me have it. He called uhaul and was on the phone talking to some woman about the reservation. He finally agreed to let me use it as long as I returned it within a few hours. I was having a panic attack when he first told me that I couldn't have t and didn't have any of my anxiety medication with me!!! After he got the approval to let me use it things went well. I had it returned within my two hours. I feel getting charged full price for all of the anxiety that I was put through is LUDICROUS

when we picked up the truck everything was fine drive it 8 miles to the location we were moving from and the back drivers side was smoking really bad. We called the 800 number only to get the run around they send a mechanic out and he couldn't seem to find anything because it was raining etc go figure. We get here and open it up to find all of our mattresses was soaked because the seal leaked along with some of our other belongings.Any way that truck needs to be put in the shop and it gone over from top to bottom inside and out!

They charged me a cleaning fee even though the truck was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke when we picked it up. I suppose I was supposed to clean up after your last customers.

Guy is a rip of i have rented a lot in the past but this is by far the most poor place to get a truck they want u to take a truck this has a half a tank of gas then charge you for gas when u bring it back with the same amount in it But guy trys to tell u it wad full when you picked it up i will not rent from this guy again
