Girl who checked me in was first class and professional. The man who checked me out was first class and professional. The truck, on the other hand, had a driver's side window handle that fell off and an outside door latch that quit working. I had to get in through the passenger door. We first rented from Uhaul 37 years ago and you have always treated us right.

Very poor customer service and equipment was dangerous. Truck had headlight out, failing brakes and sun visor was broken blocking the view while driving. Attendants during pick up and drop off very unfriendly and not communicative at all. I'm finished with this location. Will use your competitor down the street next time.

My pick up location was moved without my knowledge. There was no phone call or email to advise me of this. That was very unacceptable to me. How do you not advise your customer that the location changed ?

Long line to pick up truck on Saturday am. Only one person there until 10 am , looked llike Truck alert said to service airbag. I couldn't turn off alert to verify mileage for a while

Rental pickup is extremely slow due in part to inexperienced u-Hall associates. U-Haul must improve rental process time so that customer do not have to wait more fifteen minutes.

The only thing that is stopping me from giving this location an excellent mark is time spent at location. I was there to pick up a car carrier on Sunday morning, because I was rushing to get on the road for a 9 hour drive. There were 5 customers ahead of me already and 4 more showed up shortly after I joined the queue. They only had one person working the counter on what I presume is one of the busiest days of the week. Young lady's name was Shannon and she had a lot of patience with every customer. She had a right demeanor and was very courteous. I acknowledge it to her and I hope someone at U-Haul recognizes her customer service as well. Overall, my experience with U-Haul was very pleasant. From the 800 line to the time I checked the carrier back in, your associates' courtesy exceeded my expectations. I think U-hauls customer service is the industry's best kept secret. :) Keep it up! Lines are way too long! We reserved a truck for 11am. We arrived at 10:45am. We waited 35 minutes in line and another 10 minutes outside waiting for the truck. Total time to pick up a reserved truck: 45 minutes. When the guy pulled the truck up, he got in it and gunned it. Sped through a busy parking lot, got out and ignored us. A few minutes later, he tried to give the truck to someone else who just walked out of the building. Luckily, the man asked if he was sure it was his truck and not ours because we had been waiting. The employee never bothered to look at the name on the paperwork.

Well, I called last week at this location my phone experience was not great at all I spoke to a young man. I believe interpersonal communication & phone ethics are the keys. I called another location on 8mile Evergreen this gentleman was very professional. So, he took my reservation and even though he didn't have what needed he took the extra step to reserved what I needed at Telegraph /9mile store. So, my experience with team at both locations ended up to be phenomenal. Again, I learned because of one bad experience with an individual doesn't mean all apples are bad just take another opportunity to forgive and forget. My Pastor is Solomon Kinloch Jr of Triumph Church, where the word is the word. Due to his teaching & preaching. I was able to forgive and actually forget. Forgiveness is for you...so God is always good, all the time. Thank you??

The staff are not friendly, they seen to busy to care about the customer. The site is overstuffed with display materials and difficult to move around. The porter was quiet and no thank you, no nothing.

The service was quick, accurate, and friendly. This was the second time in a year that I've used products/services at this location. Uhaul as a company in general is an enormous improvement from past decades.
