Uhaul does not stand by their prices. I was quoted a price for $189.00 over the phone. When it was time to pick up the trailer, they quoted another price of $489.00. I informed the lady of the price difference, she stated they could not change the price at the time of the transaction, but could listen to the recording and refund the difference, if there was a difference. Listening to the recording the CSR did quote a price of $489.00, which wasn't clear, so I repeated the price I thought I heard for confirmation and she did confirm my price of $189.00. Uhaul is stating since she did quote the right price $489.00, there isn't anything they could do. This isn't fair. If she quoted $489.00, why did she say yes to $189 as being the price. If this was a mistake on her end. Uhaul should be responsible and take the fall on this. I call Uhaul again to complain about this "resolution". I have had to call to get my complaint reopened several time and still no actions has been taken. Pure neglect. I thought Uhaul was a better company than this and valued their customers, but with this action, I see otherwise. Hopefully, my issue gets resolved soon, so I can continue with a business relationship with them. If not, I will have to go elsewhere .

NO WAY TO IMPROVE TECHNICIAL WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPERIENCE WAS DIRECT AND QUICK EVERYTHING WAS FUNCTIONAL FOR 7:30 AM. QUICK IN QUICK OUT LOTS OF TRAILER AND EQUIPMENT FOR RENT NO EXCUSES A VERY COMPETENT WORKER, KNEW HER STUFF.

Your customer service system sucks, some of your people suck. Having all calls going to a call center is not the best especially since most of the operators can't help you and they just transfer you. I was on the phone with your people at least 10 times last week, stopped into the 9 Mile & Telegraph location only to still not be serviced properly. I am due back a balance of $16.27 to Michelle White or Robert White at 20171 Alhambra Southfield, MI 48076. You have the wrong address and wrong preferred name. I have attempted to change this to no avail. So I don't know if I will receive the check for 416.27 to my correct address or in the correct name. Michelle White

The people here are great. Ms. Lamesia Adams was SO HELPFUL. She did everything to make sure I had what I needed for our move and very carefully reviewed the contract to make sure there would be no surprises when I returned the truck. She got the truck ready, made sure it had all the items I bought, and brought the truck to the front of the location. Then she made sure I knew how to operate everything. Ms. Adams was so pleasant and helpful. Please thank Ms. Adams for me.

They showed up a half hour late to open the store delaying my trip. When the agent pulled the truck around I asked about the furniture pads on my order. I'm glad I did because he opened the back of the truck to find the thing was a mess, full of what looked like chunks of drywall and other construction debris. The furniture pads were strewn about and not folded like is required for return. This delayed my trip even further as I had to wait until it was cleaned out. The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas so I also had to stop before getting on the road. Overall this place was a disappointment.

Improvements should be made with rental returns. There should be clear instructions written on the contract instructing the customer on the steps to return the rental electronically. I was billed an extra $8.00 because I couldn't find the instructions on rental agreement and was forced to call customer service for assistance.
