Management was excellent with helping resolve issue, however equipment was not thoroughly checked before sending out with us. Wheel cover fell of while towing car from hitting small bump in road, and went flying into 4 lanes of traffic. Item was recovered and returned.

This was my first time renting a uhaul. Being naive, I? (iPhone glitch) when picking up the truck, the gas and the mileage was slightly off. The guy who checked us out said that we needed to put more gas in the truck because it was lower than what their papers say but I? had not mentioned everything was off BEFORE I? pulled off of the lot. We had returned it an hour early than expected and since that happened, he was very professional and waived the additional payment that was for the gas. This was a very professional place! The woman behind the counter was very nice as well. Thank you!

Moving Company broke 3 of my items: 1) Marble table 2) Elephant Night Stand 3) Glass on couch table I paid for 2 extra hours because it took longer than planned, but I thought they wwould compensate that for breakage. Marble table very expensive. Please advise.

I had a REALLY bad experience due to the Corporate server being broken. This resulted in not being able to pick up my trailer for several hours after my reservation time. It messed up my entire day. It was not this location's fault and the GM Shannon was great. I was told I would receive a reservation guarantee credit of $50 but it was not in the system when I returned and wanted to use it. Disappointing after Thursday's frustrating experience.
