This was the 3rd place that we were sent to for our rental. The 1st and 2nd were reserved online and they called and said they didn't have the reserved truck. We ended up getting a larger truck and it was the last they had. Not a great experience with UHaul online reservations.

My uhaul experience has nothing to do with this location but with uhaul in general. I went to three different locations for my pickup. First location nobody was even there so I had to go to a different location and they didn't have a truck. So I went to a third location and had to wait forever because apparently I wasn't the only person having trouble with their online reservation for a truck. Wasn't expecting my online request to take two hours and driving all around town. Then when I got the truck I was quoted a completely different quote then what my online order was. The person here at this location was very friendly and did everything he could to help me but the experience was ruined before I got to this third location.

I encountered the following problems: 1.) Reservation made on May 11, yet I was sent to a location to pickup a 15' truck that had none of the dolly's that I reserved, 2.) the truck seats had food crumbs, 3.) the location had blankets that were in a messy pile (not folded) and had stains, grass, and some had small gravel on them. I could not use these blankets with my move, 4.) I did not get a printed contract because the guy's printer didn't work (so he asked me to take a picture of the contract with my cell phone - which was worthless), 5.) the guy marked the Fuel Tank gauge incorrectly on the contract which I didn't know until I actually got a printed contract, 6.) after I rejected the blankets, he did not know how to update the contract. Then, I went to another location to get dolly's and blankets (U-Haul Moving and Storage of Springdale). They rented me the dolly's and the blankets. So after an hour and a half, I finally had the truck and accessories for my move. This was the first time in several years of renting from U-Haul that I was not satisfied. Why was I sent to this location? This location gives U-Haul a bad name.

Muddy lot. Proprietor wasn't there and we were told we could just "un hook it ourselves and leave it". It took a while but we figured out how to do that. Got no receipt or confirmation we'd left it, other than the photos we took. Call 800 # the following day.

Ken Henry Automotive was messy, dirty, not organized or pleasant to sit and do business. The man there was a nice guy to deal with but he needs to make his business presentable for customers. When we got in the truck assigned to us the gas gauge was on empty and the tank was completely empty there was suppose to be a quarter of a tank in it. It was believed to have been siphoned. So we were transferred into another truck. That truck was not a gentle smooth ride and was obvious it wasn't maintained or cleaned, we had to wipe all surfaces down with clorox wipes to make it clean. The wipes were filled with grime after we finished cleaning the surfaces. We returned the truck around 1 pm Monday and the business was closed so we had no choice but to drop the key in the Uhaul drop box but found out that the truck was not checked in till Wednesday when Uhaul checked it in after I had made my call to complain about the truck. I will not be going back to Ken Henry Automotive.

Truck pads wet and dirty 2 dozen of them. Truck has a pull and needs to be aligned. Movers u-haul recommended in Arkansas were the worst!!! Scratched up furniture and refrigerator one had a very bad attitude! Also we were told we could return truck at any u-haul location, however the u-haul rep in Arkansas put Bismarck ND as our return location so we had to drive to Bismarck to return the truck.

This location did not follow its our hours of operation. I was lucky that I accidentally caught the owner when he came in to the office to grab something he forgot the day before...it's also worth noting that I had made a reservation for the truck. Upon returning the truck, the owner did not close out my account and started to receive calls from customer service asking why I had not returned my truck...this was finally resolved after sitting on hold with customer service for an hour.

The employee was unable to give me any paperwork when I turned the trailer in because his hands were very greasy from working on equipment. I actually turned the trailer in on 4/13/12 around 3:30 pm however my contract shows 4/14/12 at 10:57 am. a day later. It does not create any additional charges, I just felt insecure not being able to prove when I turned the trailer in at the Springdale location. The employee was very friendly and I had agreed to leave the trailer with no paperwork.
