Had to ask nearby business where the place was. No U-Haul sign, in window or sign. One trailer in lot, so parked mine next to that. Guy said great, never looked at it or offered to help unhook.

I was supposed to receive a dozen blankets. They told me that they were already loaded in the trailer. I even asked a 2nd time and they confirm blankets were in the trailer. 40 miles later when I open trailer to start loading it - NO BLANKETS. I call Lux about this, and no apologies from them. Just “I’ll take it off your bill.”

This location gave me a truck that was dirty on the outside and after I had the truck loaded discovered that there were no taillights. Also I had order on line 24 moving blankets. When I picked up the truck they didn't have any. we had to drive about 15 miles to pick them up. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time...

Trailer was clean the lights on the trailer did not work I do not hold the location responsible as the trailer was licensed from out of state and it was apparent someone had made multiple repairs to the harness instead of replacing it. Crimp connectors and tape while easy and quick do not make a long term repair on something as important as trailer lights. I recommend a policy change that requires the soldering and shrink wrapping of any repair to a wire harness.

Didn't get 6 pads, truck wasn't clean, didn't have the truck I ordered in stock, didn't get a receipt, and was told I could drop off the vehicle the next day and it didn't need to be back at any certain time. Horrible experience.

No one was there when I dropped the vehicle off, even though the sign said that it was during their normal hours. I was unsure if I would get my money back for estimating too high on my mileage, so I called four times on Monday, during regular hours. I called the only number they have on their website. Twice I got a disconnect, and twice I got a fax tone. I finally called the 800 number, and got the info I needed.

Lux did not have the 1/2 dozen blankets which I was charged for. After paying for blankets we found they had none in stock. I was told the $5 would be credited to my card, which I have not seen yet. Being their printer was not working well and out of ink we decided to not print receipt but have emailed. Receipt does not show adjustment.
