This location gave me a truck that was dirty on the outside and after I had the truck loaded discovered that there were no taillights. Also I had order on line 24 moving blankets. When I picked up the truck they didn't have any. we had to drive about 15 miles to pick them up. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time...

The people working there were great, hard to do better. Owner needs to get a new location with better entry and exit from the main road.

Trailer was clean the lights on the trailer did not work I do not hold the location responsible as the trailer was licensed from out of state and it was apparent someone had made multiple repairs to the harness instead of replacing it. Crimp connectors and tape while easy and quick do not make a long term repair on something as important as trailer lights. I recommend a policy change that requires the soldering and shrink wrapping of any repair to a wire harness.

Didn't get 6 pads, truck wasn't clean, didn't have the truck I ordered in stock, didn't get a receipt, and was told I could drop off the vehicle the next day and it didn't need to be back at any certain time. Horrible experience.

No one was there when I dropped the vehicle off, even though the sign said that it was during their normal hours. I was unsure if I would get my money back for estimating too high on my mileage, so I called four times on Monday, during regular hours. I called the only number they have on their website. Twice I got a disconnect, and twice I got a fax tone. I finally called the 800 number, and got the info I needed.

Lux did not have the 1/2 dozen blankets which I was charged for. After paying for blankets we found they had none in stock. I was told the $5 would be credited to my card, which I have not seen yet. Being their printer was not working well and out of ink we decided to not print receipt but have emailed. Receipt does not show adjustment.

Equipment was not ready when I arrived to pick up. Took a long time to locate dollies and pads. Dollies were very dirty and truck was not clean inside. No UHaul moving supplies at this location. I still would recommend this location, but with caution. Double check everything before leaving with equipment.

The issue wasn't the location, but the entire process of this rental reservation. I received a confirmation on Saturday (2 days before pickup) with my location. I double checked the reservation to find that my reservation had changed and only included a transport trailer and not the 10ft truck. I talked with customer service and got an email confirming both items to be picked up at the Harris location. I drove to Harris Monday morning and they didn't have the transport trailer and I was told my reservation was changed to the Stillwater location. I called UHaul again and was told that I received a phone call notifying me of the change. I had both my home and cell phone numbers on the reservation and I hadn't received a call on my cell phone. I then checked my home voice mail and all I had was a message from the Harris location asking me to confirm the pickup of the car transport. So NO message or communication was provided to me about any change in the pickup location. I then had to drive over an hour south from Harris to get the equipment that I needed to turn around and drive past the Harris location on the way to my destination. Honestly this whole process was incredibly frustrating! Messed up on first confirmation, messed up with equipment not being available at the location that was confirmed by UHual, lied to about a message being left about change of location, the only positive was having the truck and trailer ready to go in Stillwater when I got there.

Be sure dates are clear and noted accurately. Our res was cancalled because we were planning to pick up on a fri, and switched to Saturday , and was told the contract was updated. And the representative would call me earlier in the week to confirm. They never called . Then when I showed up Saturday to pick up my truck. They didn't open until nine - which seems like a tough time to open when a lot of people are moving on the weekend, bright and early. Matt ended up helping us out and clearing everything up and was exceptional.
