We just dropped off to a closed store, so no interaction at drop off. Definitely need to work on customer service skills for pick up location.

the auto transport had not been maintained properly by uhaul. There was damage to the fender that lays flat. It had been damaged to the point that the fender was twisted making it hard to secure it correctly with the rubber locking mechanism. The ratcheting mechanism on the drivers side was rusted to the point that the mechanism was hard to use and kept loosing up to the point that the tire strap continually came off the tire and ha to be re-strapped during our trip which in the long run cost us down time.

The computer system is time consuming. Not what needs to be done to speed up the process of registration.
