Terrible customer service. Gentleman behind the desk did not take the time to go over anything. He just didn’t seem to care. He asked for my liscense, then next thing I know my phone is going off and it’s a bank alert telling me I’ve been charged xxx.xx amount. He didn’t even bother to let me know what I was being charged nor did he make sure it was even ok to charge the card on file for the reservation. He was more interested in trying to get me to return the vehicle to his location. He then gave me the keys and receipt and pointed in the direction of the truck and said I was good to go. I appreciate the quickness, but geez, take some time and let me know what’s going on. This was my first time renting a Uhaul. He also apparently marked me down for having a full tank of gas and the wrong mileage, which I didn’t find out until I returned the truck to the new location. I even took a picture of the dashboard because I knew it was weird he didn’t come out and check himself.

The owner call me to ring me out early, since he was leaving early. That was nice, except when I arrived, in the dark, it was hard to tell which trailer was mine. When I returned the trailer in the morning he was rude and sarcastic about it. Asked asked for the $10 difference. The $10 must have been worth him leaving early and ruining the customer experience. I gave him cash, said thank you and left.

Was never told I had to refill the gas for the truck before returning and the price charged was higher than I was told on the phone. Was told $88 but was charged $111.24. I would appreciate a call back to discuss the reasoning why.

Not exactly the best customer service- literally told to go look for the truck as it was on either side of the building. Picked the wrong side.

I had a reservation with after hours pickup. The mobile app did not have my equipment assigned to my reservation. After repeated phone calls someone finally answered and much much later arrived on scene, but no key was to be found for the truck. The guy had to make a key! Meanwhile, I had movers waiting on me...dollars ticking away.

It took me and the mechanic there til 3pm to fix the lights on that crappy trailer even though I requested a 1:15pm pickup So I bring it back at 2:30 and you assholes have the nerve to charge me for another day!!! You guys really earned that money and I hope you choke on whatever you buy with it!!! How about I charge you guys for actually fixing the wiring properly after I got pulled over in seven hills for the trailer lights not working? Oh, no! That's not how you guys do business now, is it? A little integrity goes a long way especially in this day and age of a global, word-of-mouth, platform. That WILL be the last time I refuse to personally benefit when a company, like yours, leaves itself vulnerable and we can see how you guys like it

I booked my reservation at westwood mini storage cause it's across the street from my office- went to pick the truck up & it wasn't there. They moved the reservation to a different location. I never received a call or an email letting me know the change. Both places were nice & courteous, just would have liked a heads up
