This location was not my original drop off location. The original drop off ended up being the address to a residential house. I called the 1-800 number because of the fact that I did not want to drop off my uhaul at someone's house, rather than a business. Once I got there, the weeds were extremely high and thick. It wasn't properly lit at all, and was flooded. A week later I had to call the customer service line TWICE to get someone to help. Thankfully the second person I talked to was very helpful. I finally got my rental returned and received my receipt. The only wish I have for this location is to lock its gates for good, or until you can get a light into the parking lot and CUT YOUR GRASS. A working number and website would be pretty nice too.......

The truck and online check in was amazing. We reserved an appliance dolly and furniture pads. Neither were there. We attempted to contact the location that was supposed to be open and never could get anyone. Uhaul customer service also could not get ahold of anyone from the store. I would definitely recommend using uhaul but not from this location.

I don't know if it was the location or the system, but we could not get the combo for the lock, we had to call and get a new contract that cost more money. Also, the grass/weeds where taller then the tires on the trucks that you have to walk through to get to the trucks.

The location is rundown and the 26' trucks are not easy to maneuver in and out of there. Truck alignment was off also. It doesn't look like someone ever works there we didn't see one person.

Was told to call before drop off. Got a message that said to text them. Texted and got a message that that number was unable to receive texts. Got there, no one there. Empty lot, rough building and grass up to my knees. Did not feel comfortable leaving the truck there. Called UHaul and they said leave it, so I did.

Actually we were suppose to leave at U Haul on Gum Street but the road was blocked. We left on Main St but no one was there. I left them message by text but no response. The main U Haul contact helped me get the trailer checked back in thank goodness. Thank you so very much!

My name is Nancy Parker and my number is 843-870-1793. We were unable to find the place we were given to drop the u-haul truck off, that we rented, so finally after getting in touch with someone on the phone, that night, we were given another drop off address. It was 1103 N Main St., Summerville SC. We returned the truck the same day we picked it up, which was Dec. 15, 2018. I later received a 2nd bill for the truck, for $197.00 and some change. I tried to locate the owner to discuss these charges. I'm being charged 3 extra days for the truck and insurance. No one answers the phone at this location, nor returns my calls or texts. I called U-haul at 912-234-3059 several times to discuss these charges. They told me they would report it and that I should receive a call from where the truck was returned and receive my money back. Today, Dec. 31, 2018, I called this number for u-haul, and also Trident U-haul. I've called Trident U-haul almost every day, since I received the extra bill. Today I was told that since the truck wasn't returned to the place we were first given, but were unable to find, that the extra charges are final. I have been charged almost $200.00 over what I first paid. This is very wrong, seeing we could not locate the first drop off location and were given another drop off location. I was told today, by a girl named LaShay, from U-haul, that I would receive a call from someone higherset in charge, which that didn't happen either. I refuse to stop at this point, since this wasn't my fault but your companies. To me this is stealing my money. I expect someone to contact me ASAP AND REFUND my money. Nancy Parker

This is a horrible location, there should be a representative from U-Haul present during working hours. This location billed us an additional charge of $111.00 and a damage fee of $48.00. We have used U-haul multiple times, and we have never had an additional charge or have been billed a damage fee. There wasn't any damage to the vehicle when we picked it up, and it wasn't any damage done to the vehicle prior to us turning it in. Due to the situation with the location at 1103 N. Main St., Summerville, SC we decided not to use the U-Haul we had scheduled for November 23, 2018, and we will no longer be a customer of U-Haul in the future.

This location is unresponsive to phone calls and text per the directions on voice mail. I dropped off the trailer on Thursday 8 Nov and have yet to be provided with a receipt or my calls and messages returned. Unsatisfactory customer service and professionalism.

Bruce was great! Very polite, helpful, and professional, and knowledgeable. The face to face staff have been great. The problems seem to lie within your company's systems and in house people. The reservation "traffic department" seems to be full of incompetent rude people. I was lied to, hung up on, and had problems with communication on my pickup and drop off locations.

I was charged for a gas refill but when I got the truck it was literally below empty. The starting mileage 128039 and I took a picture at 128040 to prove the gas tank was empty that is why I returned it empty. I also have a receipt from me filling it up myself shortly after I received my rental. I will be having my credit company do a charge back to dispute this

We returned the truck the next morning on time but on one showed up for work so we left the key in the Dropbox. Got a call the next day saying the truck had not been returned. He said he didn't have a key for the Dropbox and couldn't check it. Don't rent from this location. They don't know what's going on.
