The Summerville location made my rental pleasant but I was supposed to pick up my van at the Dorchester location which was more convenient to my moving location . I did receive a $35 credit . I feel that as a company you should have the vehicle that your customers make a reservation for at the location they select.

I reserved my truck a week in advance and did not have everything that I need it I had to go find it myself need to make sure when somebody reserves it in advance that your customers have everything that they ask for on reservations

I rented the truck for 2 days to travel from NC to SC. Because of the downpour in SC the truck would have gotten stuck and my antiques would have gotten wet. Would not let me return for 1 day and get a refund. Things happen. Thought this rule should be relaxed due to the price already. Everyone was super nice.

Kevin was very nice. I explained how badly the original pickup location, Forest Drive Columbia SC, had handled my reservation and he said to call him on Monday if I didn't get enough help from the 1-800 UHaul line.

I had an after hours pick up that got canceled because I arrived late. I don't remember seeing anywhere that it would be canceled if I didn't pick it up by a certain time. Customer service was about to reset the reservation so I could pick it up so it worked out. I also couldn't figure out how to put in my information before arriving on site. That would have been helpful, if that is an option.

I have used Uhaul before, but this location was amazing. I moved my 74 yr old Mom from NJ to SC. She left her handicap parking pass in the van, it was already rented out when we realized it. This location contacted the current customer and let us know it was there. They had it for us the next day. That is exceptional customer service!

Make sure u have the right person before u start accusing them for things they didn't do . I'm very upset and will not rest untill I get satisfaction. I was accused of something I did not do and got charged for a day that I didn't use . Pay more attention u will lose alot if customers that way.
