I appreciated the convenience of the location, the parking lot size, and the automated drop-off (once I realised that's what was expected). It would be helpful to have a clear and visible sign near the road that the location is indeed a U-Haul drop-off depot. Because the building itself doesn't appear to be used regularly, and there was only one small trailer in the parking lot, it was a bit confusing until I saw the drop-box with instructions to go on-line and finish the process.
