Hola, hoy devolví el vehículo a las 5:50 p.m. de la tarde en la dirección 111 64 West Flagler Street sweetwater Miami Florida 33174 y la señorita que me atendió en ese momento me comunicó que la tarjeta terminando con los últimos 4 números 6792 fue declinada… Sin embargo creo que se trató de un error, yo tengo dinero en esa tarjeta y no sé qué fue lo que pasó. ¿? así que insistí una vez más a la señorita encargada de la caja, diciéndole que volviera a pasar la tarjeta pero la señorita me comunicó que éso no era conveniente pues ella consideraba que lo mejor era pasar una nueva tarjeta, pero Yo no traía más tarjetas disponibles y además para entonces ya estaba muy confundido porque no creí que éso me estaba pasando a mí. así creo que todo se debió a que yo cambie de (ZIP Code) en esa tarjeta para ese mismo día 11/07/2020, por la razón que yo me estoy mudando a una nueva dirección y quizás ese fue el error, pero no lo sé... por favor si ustedes necesitan que yo les pague algo me lo comunican por email: y no hay ningún problema, además ya me comunique con el banco Wells Fargo y ellos me confirmaron que no había problemas el pago se realizó... de todas formas también le comuniqué a la señorita que me atendió alrededor de 5:45 p.m. para el negocio de ALL MULTISERVICES en el servicio de una van con la compañía U-haul, que en ese momento yo estaba apurado pues tenía cosas muy importantes que hacer y que por esa razón no podía darle a ella, muchas explicaciones y también le dije que la mejor solución era hablar Yo personalmente con U-haul on-line. Nota: bueno en verdad todo lo hice online y creo que mejor hablo con U-haul para que las cuentas queden claras por otro lado, Yo me comuniqué con el banco y hable con un agente bancario y ellos dicen que el monto por el cual no pasó la tarjeta fue de $1.69 dollars así que sigo confundido… ya les comunique al banco que ustedes pueden cobrar a la tarjeta ese monto de $1.69 sin problemas. En fin, Yo tengo dinero esa tarjeta y no fue mí culpa que hubiese un error pues creo que el banco la declinó a propósito cómo método de seguridad, pues querían que les llamará para confirmar los nuevos cambios con ellos pues Yo he realizado muchas transacciones en las últimas 72 horas pero por otro lado yo no podía darle explicaciones a la señorita cajera, pues "estaba contra reloj y tenía algo urgente que hacer"... así que no entiendo porque la señorita se molestó cuando le dije que debía irme y que ella no debía preocuparse pues yo llamaba luego a mí banco para la autorización pero en ese momento traté de explicarle precisamente eso a la señorita pero ella estaba muy molesta así que sólo quiero decir que no fue mi culpa. The truck was clean, but it had several warning lights on including the check engine light. It worked well though. Nice and friendly staff at the location.


The cleanup of the interior of the van should be more frequent.

The service was excellent, the ladies who attended me was very quick and professional. The truck was clean and comfortable. And the best of all, the price I paid was less than what I expected. I definitely recommend U-Haul and All Multiservices at W Flagler, Miami Fl to rent a truck.


The trucks were parked in the back of the store located in a shopping center and I had to go back and forth around the building to check various things whereas the attendant would just walk out the back door. When I asked "why can't I just walk out with you?" she said with a laugh that it was not allowed. I also had to wait for the attendant to confirm that the insurance was optional. She said she was told that insurance was mandatory.

Explain a little better that they need to follow instructions on an email or text when returning the equipment. I was told that when I get back with the truck they would be closed and I just had to drop the keys in the box outside. But your supposed to take pictures and let the phone notify uhaul that you are dropping the equipment off at the location.


What I do not understand is, that at night I take my time to reserve a van and that I remove the option of $ 11 to supposedly assure the van, the confirmation tells me that I would only pay 20.99 + miles and at the end in the shop put me 11 dollar because I leave them, everything is a lie and that is not ethical at all, it is a lack of respect, I swear that nobody else would recommend U haul for liars

I hate to wait under sun that you talk with somebody else over the phone as a reference, because was work hours and apart from that many people don't answer to unknown numbers, that made my waiting time large and like I told you under the “assasin” Miami sun. Apart from that excellent experience.


1.19 a mile is a little extreme

I orginally came in rent a van for 24 hours. Attempted to do it online and the price was Quoyed @ 19.95 with optional insurance for 11.00. Then i told her the mile we'd like to cover (30 miles). I then called in & spoke on the phone with the owner Maddie who said i can turn it in before we closed no problem. I asked would there be a fee 3x and she said no! Come to find out I was charge for 2 days on my card plus insurance. They are very misleading and if you don't speak Spanish Forget about getting good service. I was over charged & am highly disappointed in Uhaul
