This station was not manned by a Uhaul employee. The confirmation email says to follow prompts to obtain a key upon arrival. After logging into the website, Google asked me for my location. I declined, because who allows that? Well, the website would not advance any further without GPS proof that I was there. Keep in mind, Google asked for my location, not Uhaul.com. Also, I was not told beforehand that this would be an issue. Let me ask you this. How can someone who makes a reservation online but does not have a smart phone obtain a rental from you? So, I go inside to LiveWire Audio. The make working there explains that no one is at Uhaul until the 22nd ( which was clear from the sign on the door) and that he doesn't have access to their stuff. He also tried to send me to a corporate office nearby. Needless to say, I won't be buying speakers from him. I then step outside to call customer service. I eventually reach someone who transferred me to a regional office. The regional rep was very helpful and spoke to a different employee at LiveWire on my behalf. Moments later, the female employee hands me a key to the truck I was supposed to pick up an hour prior. So the male employee lied to me? Sure would appear that way. I'm almost to my destination when LiveWire called me to say they needed to remove the padlock from the rear. Mistakes happen, but it's particularly frustrating when I had already been dealing with unhelpful and uninterested personnel.

Store was burning hot I felt like I was going to pass out. I was waiting for ever minutes, i think it was customer's fault in front of me but I felt she could have speed it up a little. My mattress got dark stains all over the sides from that dirty truck. Uhaul keep changing my pick up location without notice and guy called me on evening before my move to tell me they changed my location again to 25 minutes away from my house instead of the location I chose was 10 minutes away. I called this location that evening to confirm my appointment and guy who answered the phone had really rude tone with me. Over all, I did not have a good experience with uhaul, it's already been a stressful move on all sides and uhaul did not make the experience any easier for me.

Great Service at this location. Unfortunately, the truck itself was terrible. The handle for the window crank was broken, the gas cap was missing, the headliner was not attached at the windshield and a few other items I'm sure I'm forgetting. Since it was raining, I needed to roll the window up and down several times which proved to be difficult and at times, unsafe. At least it ran and didn't break down.

The uhaul website is misleading. They tell you one price but when it's time to pick up it is different price. I logged into my account and conveintly it says "error" when I clicked on my order.

homeless person used truck load area and fouled the truck bed before Uhaul manager noticed and padlocked the rollup door. Suggest padlocking all trucks until picked up by client.

Though the process was pretty seamless. There should have been a back up person to help when other customers take too long with explanations. And/Or the Itemized Payment review. So, ppl who are scheduled do not have to wait extra long while only ONE rep is available to handle possibly problematic situation. Have back up immediately available. Other than that, thought the Uhaul rep, Thomas, was very friendly, personable, easy to communicate concerns with. *Recommend*

It was a great experience, I wish the location initially showed up in my search results since it was one of the closest to my zip code but it was based on the time. Fortunately, a family knew of the location so we went there and it was great.
