Horrible communication charges for something I didn't approve also a $28 fee no one knows what it is I called several locations and no one could tell me what it was had to call customer service

The pick up and drop off points were perfect. Very helpful staff at pick up! At drop off they were closed but owner came opened gates for me worked around my schedule. The in between was terrible though. Called and reserved storage and even called day of arrival and was promised a space. When I drove miles away through the heart of a busy town with a 26ft uhaul I was told upon arrival that they had no space I called 3 other uhauls and they told me oh we have 5ft rooms but they are all spaced out and on different floors. That simply wouldn’t work. I was given the truck with 1/4 tank after driving through the city back and forth over looking for storage I returned it just touching underneath the 1/4 line I was charged 40$ refuel fee and 10$ for fuel. I won’t be using uhaul again.
