No signs to indicate it was a uhaul drop off site..had to call

No one was at location. Phone number on paperwork did not connect. Finally found cell number, they were at appointment and no notice posted. Did get into to drop off key in private location. Did not get final checkin info til 8 days later. All in all it went ok, but frustrating during process trying to find someone to talk to. Requested follow up call due to circumstances and did not receive one. No extra fees or anything so I'm satisfied. Although u haul in ND called on day 3 inquiring if I'd returned the truck as they didnt show it returned in system. I let them know I did on time, the circumstances and that contact phone number on return end wasnt valid.
