Didn't have the dolly I reserved then gave us the wrong uhaul. I was then charged $3,500 for uhaul I didn't use. Was told this charge would be taken care of after being on hold for two hours. Called back and of course, this charge was not taken care of. I was then told Rodney, the regional manager, would contact me in 72 hours after he investigated the charges. He didn't. After calling three times and leaving messages, Rodney called me back and took care of the charges. Nightmare of an experience. Stay away from this location.

Trying to resolve a questionable charge but can get no response. Someone named Rodney at 229-883-1854 left a message last Monday to call him. It has been impossible to reach him and I have left several messages with various personnel to have him return my calls, still no response.

I like the people who I deal with but this is the third time that I've turned a truck in and been overcharged because the truck was checked in hours after I left. So, I was charged for several extra days. Over $100 dollars in overcharges. Because it's happened at different locations, this is a corporate problem, not a local issue.
