Location is fine, ...but you should know that I went to a competitor to rent the pickup that towed your trailer, because they had a rental with unlimited km, and UHaul didn't offer that option.

The location is incredibly tight and awkward. It's confusing to get to, and I've been there several times. There's really nothing to be done about it, because it's in a built up area.

My reservation was changed three times in two days. Reserved equipment was not available. The rented truck was in need of repair and was stopped by police en route for failing to maintain safe speed on the highway. The staff were stellar and truly went above and beyond to help a situation out of their control. I thank them and truly appreciate all they did, but all their efforts seem wasted on a poorly maintained and largely unavailable fleet of vehicles. I will not be trusting uhaul in the future for transport needs.

When I called to book a truck in the am my reservation was done by a CSR in the US yet I called the Weston Rd location. Was informed by CSR that truck wasn't available until 6:15 EST. Yet 2 trucks were available at Weston location and no update to my cell or email. Great service at Weston. Will visit them at store location to get the most accurate info on my next rental. Well first off the person over the phone needs to explain there self more and let the customer know that for 9" inch cargo you need a credit card of some sort and 10" inch you can pay with cash which is all I had and I explained that to the lady and she denied me the rental cargo I had left and i was like 10-15 minutes away from the store when I called customer service to let them know what was going on. She called them and 2 minutes later told me head back over they will rent the cargo to me for cash. when I got there the woman with dreads didn't seem pleased to rent the cargo for cash because there was that fake smile and attitude all over her face. Regardless I got the cargo van for the day which is why I'm giving them 3 stars. BUT, when it was time to receive my money back from what was remained there was this tall black guy that was being really rude and unprofessional with his job making it seem like I didn't know what I was saying when they rented the van to me stating that they shouldn't have given me the van and at that point I didn't care anymore I just wanted the remaining of my deposit back. Also when speaking to the guys that drive out the cargo for you they don't even take the time to listen to you just brush you off or say one second which is a five minute wait. Starts the van and walks away. Customer service needs to be worked on I have rented from the Uhaul on rogers road twice and have never been treated so poorly. I won't return to the Weston road uhaul. And won't recommend this Location either!

Was going to rent at 100 steeles Avenue Thornhill but the guy there was very rude and didnt want to help me said he can't book truck I have to phone the uhaul number so went to the other location and they were nice to me and help me out

The customer service was excellent however the vehicle itself was problematic. Once on the highway the steering alignment was terrible, the suspension was atrocious and the headlights were virtually non-existent on the highway (high beams were decent but regular beams did not light anything up)

The truck we were given seemed to be poorly maintained it made loud noises every time we tried to accelerate. I did not feel safe, especially on roads with higher speed limits. I used express check in before arriving and I still had to wait 40 minutes before I was given a truck.

When I picked up my rental I estimated my km to be 25km. I knew I was not going to do more than that. When I returned it after hours and got my receipt in email the next morning, they had billed me for 125 km. If I hadn't checked I would have been in for a surprise when my bill came in. I called the location and got the call center. I told them what happened and they filed a report and told me that someone will get back to me. I called the location back and luckily got a hold of someone. I explained what happened and thankfully the truck was not rented out. He was able to check and verify that they had recorded the kms wrong. I'd hate to think what would happen if the truck had been rented out. Anyhow, the rep was helpful and told me that he would adjust my bill. Now I am waiting on them to do that. I've been renting from this location for a while and this is the first time I encountered something like this. I would like to think this was a one off human error.

The staff are not particularly friendly and this location does not provide customer parking. The price structure wasn't explained very well. The advertised $19.95 daily rental rarely applies, and is misleading. In addition, a more complete vehicle inspection for damage prior to leaving would have been appropriate, and an explanation of the vehicle's controls wouldn't have gone amiss.
