Make sure that the the previous customer cleans out their garbage a bag of McDonald's food empty was left in the truck! I cleaned it out and made sure that the truck was clean when I returned it!!

The UHaul website should be updated to mirror the locations hours. I had a previous booking at another location for 9am-1pm. My van was given to another person at 12pm when the location opened. I was transferred over 7 times when I called in to resolve the issue.
gavin hepworthThis location is on Weston but the laneway access is so narrow and it was so dark when I picked up before 6 pm. To return and park was absolutely too narrow behind the building. I am a great driver but that was not easy
mary joeThis person has absolutely no business representing your company! The pick up location is absolutely disgusting and doesn’t use any Covid protocols he was way too interested in talking with his friends that were there rather than acknowledging the customer he had in front of him. He seemed inconvenienced and bothered. The equipment was literally the most disgusting looking inside it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while and the smell was so bad it was unbearable. I had to climb snowballs covered with ice to get to the van and then wait for him to move 3 personal vehicles before I could leave. The images uploaded to Uhaul that I had to confirm were not recent pics of this vehicle and when I tried to mention he told me not to worry about it and walked away. I have started a CAF with your stafff and am awaiting a call back.
