Your online reservation is useless I tried to tell you that I don't do online shopping. I'm so disappointed with the lack of human compassion and being able to move forward like normal people. I only used the truck for 6 hours on Sunday and had to pay just because I couldn't talk to you about anything or get the key before Sunday. Then I havent received the bill for it so I went back to the drop off place and he said that I was already off the system and couldn't tell me the price for the rental . Your system sucks no human interaction with your stupid system. So I had to pick the key up 2 days early and then 2 days later I nave no bill . I'm completely dissatisfied with your service and if someone doesn't phone me about the bill today 416-200-3744 I will never use U haul again and I will tell everyone I know how distant you are from your customers
