The guy took 50 minutes to finish paper work then he tells me to hook up the trailer my self and that it is not his job I had to call customer service and wait another 45 minutes so the customer service told him that hooking up triller is part of g his job never going her Agian

Got a call a day before the original schedule I set to inform me the driver for that truck would be unavailable. So I had to be relocate to Tracy, CA, then I was transferred to Nevada and SF. Uhauls for some reason. Previous driver before me did not drop off the truck in time so, I wasted an hour and a half waiting. The app told me my check in time was 9am but was actually 10am. This delayed information set me back even more. I won't come back for uhaul if like this again.

Equipment wasn't available at the location I reserved it at. Had to pick up track 1.5 hours away. No discount or anything. I spent an extra $30 on gas for the uhaul. Had to have someone drop me off so they spent gas for the ~90 mile round trip plus $6 bridge toll.

Truck had someone else's water bottle in it. Driving the truck felt unsafe. Truck would wander to the left and right making it difficult to stay centered in the lane. Correcting the truck would also be delayed. I did advise the person about this, but they did not seemed to concerned.
