It was a very wet weekend and some water did seep into the front lower right side of the trailer. Excellent help with parking the trailer and with hooking it up and disconnecting.

Upon arrival, the customer service agent couldn't locate my reservation I made online. I thought, no problem. Long story short, she made a new reservation and ended up charging me an additional $70 dollars. I had a family event to go to as well as leaving early in the morning so I couldn't hang around all day while she tried to figure out the computer issue. She gave me a number for U-Haul and I was on my way. I guess we shall see if I get stiffed for $70 or not. My voice will be heard on Google/Yelp/Etc.



Be more coordinated on when the 24/7 Truck Share is available. The staff at the dealership said they only put keys in the lockbox for Sunday morning pickups. I used the TruckShare on the app for pick up on a Saturday morning, but I had to wait for the location to actually open because they don't put keys in the lockbox for Saturday morning pick ups. Staff member said that app shouldn't have allowed me to get to that point.

There was damage and the truck was dirty - it looked someone got stuck in the mud - and when I turned the truck in I got charged a cleaning fee AND for tire damage. I didn't cause ANY OF THE DAMAGE ON THE TRUCK and was told that it had all been noted "in the computer."

Clean the truck and have the proper keys ready for self check-in. Also if the customer orders a dolly have the dolly in the truck, and not hold the customer responsible to search other locations to find one.

I was over charged $42.17 for an extra day...I rented this on Friday, 8/17 at about 9:30am...I returned it on Saturday, 8/18 at about 7:00pm...I had this rented for 2 days...I want a refund...Ref ID# 1932819 for dispute

This location and service was very good. My issue was with the U-Haul software. I had scheduled an appliance dolly. According to U-Haul, the dolly was scheduled for me but inventory was not accurate so one was not available. Rebecca at the pick-up sight worked until she located me one about 7 miles away. Thank goodness for her efforts. Scheduling blunder by U-Haul added and extra hour to my truck pickup.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We did not choose drop off in same location as pick up, but that’s what it chose for us. We were told there would be a truck closer to our destination and then they changed it last minute. We also paid for a dolly and it wasn’t with the truck. We again had to drive out of our way to pick one up. 24 miles from where we were moving from and 62 miles from where we were moving to! When I tried to get in touch with them, I was on hold for 45 minutes total. I was hung up on and talked over. Nobody cared that we had to pay all that extra money to deliver it back. I was yelled at and told if we didn’t get it back by 5pm, then our card would be charged double. The only person that helped me was Carmen. She extended our time so we wouldn’t be charged double for getting it there late since we were over an hour from our destination. I will NEVER use U-haul again after this experience.

Didn't experience the best customer service on this particular Sunday. Lady on duty seemed to have a lot to handle by herself when I picked up the trailer. With no assistance from any staff I found the trailer and connected it myself. When I returned it wasn't busy at all but no came out of the U haul bldg. A guy from the adjoined bldg came over after a while but I'd got it disconnected by then. I went inside to get someone who could do a walk around of the trailer and found the same lady from earlier with her head down playing around on her phone. She continued fiddling with the phone as she step out to glance at the trailer. Two days later I noticed that I'd been charged for an extra day although the trailer was returned that same day as rented and even when I made it clear that I was renting the equipment for the whole day. I've Rented plenty of trailers from U haul and this was the worse experience to date. Bad customer service + Overcharged!



The vehicle was nasty both inside and out. I asked the attendant if they could clean it up a little. She responded, "U-Haul doesn't pay me enough to do that! We only sweep out the back."
