Un prepared, rude, unfriendly and wanted to charge for everything not like other places of UHaul and I am a long time renter. I will never go that site and will look elsewhere for my moving needs.

Thank goodness for the attendant at this location who was AWESOME. I was using the uhaul app and it refused to accept pictures of my passport as ID. The app is close to being solid, but when it jams up like this, is super frustrating and the rental clock is ticking. Also it's very unclear what the rental period is. Do customers just make it up when they select it from the drop-down, or is it a certain amount of time? This is confusing.
Staff was helpful and kind. Made a very stressful day a little less stressful, thank you!

Nothing , the service was outstanding
Local vendor was fine. Uhaul online reservations was really poor. The morning of my reservation Uhaul sent me an email changing my reservation from 2 day to 22 hours a different pickup time and mobile app pickup onlyðŸ˜³. At pickup, the app showed that my reservation was expired prompting several phone calls to Uhaul Customer Service and lots of holding and transferring back and forth between Uhaul employees who couldn't help. Very bad experience. Next time I will explore other options besides Uhaul.
I was charged $10 for insurance even though I rejected it. Although the advertised price for one hour is $19.95, I ended up paying almost $50.
I was greeted by a man in a mask with a sanitizing wipe to take my driver's license and credit card. I really appreciate his attention to COVID precautions. He was also very friendly. Overall a great experience!

We originally rented for 2 days, but realized we would need a third. We sent an email to them and they set it up for another day. The gentleman was very polite and gracious and it was a relief to have the the extra day added for me. I got sick from the heat, so what was a stressful time was made easier. Thanks to all at 7a budget mini storage.
The individual that assisted us at this location did a great job. She helped to get us checked in and the truck issued out. She is a great representative for the Uhaul brand. 5 stars.

It's not the location that made my experience less than stellar...it was the horrible online check in and check out. On both pick up and drop off I had to call into uhaul and work out some thing that wasn't functioning as it should. I'm looking for less stress,not more.
Please do not double charge cutomer. My bank account was withdrew from twice.
I understand I was late with my return, but It would have been nice to be informed or called ahead of time prior to a repossession of the vehicle. I still have the truck keys, and I do not know what of my personal belongings were left in the truck.
I think as far as checking in I was a little confused as what to do, but more than likely thats user error, great service from start to finish!

I have rented at many UHAUL locations. This is by far the best I have ever found in or elsewhere. The owners are effective, timely, kind and honest. This is the only place I will go.
I have 2 charges on this reservation which are different price of said charge. 1st one was $31.89 and the 2nd is $ 25.37 which is the correct amount to be charged to my credit card. already sent an email noting this charge needs to be address and to receive the credit due.
