Double E. Was very nice to deal with. Very unhappy with marana location stop by there on a Friday payed to save a trailer for Monday the next wk. I get there and they don't have it. Said I had to go to Ina rd. To get one. No call to let me know that. It hard to get to that location because of all the road construction. I started to go there. But turn around because I didn't want to deal with the traffic and road construction. that i would have to deal with coming going.pickup and drop off. Saturday I saw the the uhaul in picture rock so ended up going there. Which worked out very well. I should have gone the Monday morning. but I had committed to the marana location. But they hadn't made the same commitment me. It would have been nice if they would of called or got a trailer from Ina rd location. So I am very unhappy with u-haul! !! For wasting all that time driving around. So I thinking about buying a trailer so I don't with u-haul. Even though it was a good price.
