Was a few minutes late returning vehicle and was charged $40.00 for an extra day. Thanks UHAUL won't be using your services again, also will not be recommending UHAUL to anyone. It is a better financial move to purchase your own covered trailer as it costs about the same as UHAUL when everything is said and done.

Nothing...great experience from start to finish. The van was the perfect size for what i needed, and it was a new van...I put more miles on it than was on the odometer. It made my trip out of state an easy ride.

I was interrupted in the middle of my question to be reminded that it was labor weekend. Thank you I have a calendar. Now can I finish my question? I selected a walk away pick up on line but when I got there talkative Rhonda wanted to repeat on the information I provided online. I was never offered a pick up location but was gifted with a pick up option downtown. After calling to change locations someone added several insurance options that I declined online me but I'm being changed for. When I left I was provided no paperwork. The gas level was higher on my bill than reality. No wonder yet has explained why I have two rental charges on my bill and how long the 19.99 was good for. Pretty much at this point I'm going to dispute the several pending charges on my card until someone can explain why this has been the worst experience I've had with uhaul. And I've used uhaul several times in the last few years. After this experience I will shop around before renting

I was scheduled for the after hours pick up but nothing on the website says anything about not being able to pick up the truck if you are more then 60 minutes past your pick up time. It took over an hour on the phone and being transferred 7 times and hung up on once for someone to finally tell me that. Mind you we drove 4 hours to Tulsa to get her truck, it was scheduled at 730 and we pulled in at 9. The people that we spoke to between 9 and 11:15 were awful and had no solution. We had to pay for a hotel room and pick up a truck the next morning, mind you we had 4 people at our Tulsa house waiting for us at 9 to 1130 to load the truck that we had to pay and send away and then my husband and I had to load alone Friday morning. When I arrived to the uhaul location Friday morning neither person in the office knew about the "no late pick up" either. I had even called twice Wednesday to confirm pick up and asked if being later mattered and was told no. I also never received any confirmation email when I booked my uhaul from the app. I will never use uhaul again and I am very disappointed. I was even charged a higher rate come Friday for the rental. Also, I was given the wrong truck. The truck I was given did not match the paperwork, mileage was off and it did not have a full tank as the paperwork noted

They acted like they were doing me a favor by allowing us to rent. I would think they would record milage correctly when returned but i didnt check & had to pay for previous persons milage & mine. Cleaning area for customer to clean truck on return or addtl. fee will be charged, really?? Estimate use longer or they call & force you to return it even if still in use.

At the time of reservation I was told I could pick up at one location and drop off at another. On the day of pick up I was told that I could but there would be a $150 recovery fee this was not mentioned at the time of reservation, if it had been I would've picked up at a different location. When trying to explain this to the general manager he was short and rude with me. I have always used Uhaul but I will be exploring other companies in the future. The general manager was the most unprofessional I've ever seen. Also, when we arrived we were in the lobby for 10 minutes before the manager decided to get out of his car to help us.
