There is a guy that you have working for you on the S. Yale location by the name of Mark. For you to have someone like that working for this company is very bad. He sent out a alert to all The location not to rent to for me which was very down grading which if he would have explained the why could have prevented a lot of running around I had to do. I felt like he was prejudice and made me feel like I was not a PAYING CUSTOMER. After I told him I have rented with U-Haul since 2016, but instead he was RUDE. I will never go to that location and I will let people know not to go to that one. I hope I receive a phone call after this if not I will be calling The corporate office. My number is 918-954-2025. Michael and I believe her name was Amber or Ashley really took Care of me which they explained to me what was going on. A great shout out to the Location on 31 and S. Sheridan.

I was making a move 'OUT OF TOWN" and was given a Truck that had a KNOWN mechanical problem by the employees. Then when I returned the truck, I was told that there is no other trucks available, when there were other trucks parked in the parking lots. When I threatened to call the main office (800 number to Uhaul) i was forced to use a "26 ft. truck for my move...!!!!!!!

The original drop off location on my contract was an empty parking lot and the phone number was to a business that has not rented uhaul for 6 months, so I found the above location to return it to. They were great once I found them.

Waited 30 minutes to find an employee, then another 10 minutes to be served.....40 minutes past my reservation time. I reserved at another location and received confirmation that my trailer was at that site, but was told I needed to go to this location.

We turned in our rental truck and also rented a climate-controlled storage unit here. The facility is quite large with plenty of parking space. There is a real loading dock with ramps and wide, automatically opening doors. The floors are carpeted (and being cleaned while we were there), and Chris (if he isn't the manager, he should be) could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend!

The general manager had giant holes in his ears, which didn’t seem fitting for a GM, unprofessional. I rented the truck for a week I told the GM I would return on Friday he charged for Saturday also but told me if I brought it back on Friday I would get a discount. I paid up front for 300 miles. I returned the truck on Fridayand was told by the young lady who checked me in that she couldn’t discount the cost for returning on Friday. The last 2 times I’ve used U-haul have been unsavory and I doubt seriously that I will ever use this company again. As a business owner myself I know customer service and it’s importance, sadly U-haul does not.
